I’ve had memberships for both of my cars for the past three months, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Despite only taking my cars in every 2-3 weeks, they consistently come out worse, with the rims now completely blackened. The month just started, and my account was auto-charged on 8/22/2024, so I reached out to request a refund for the current month, but was told no, even though I barely use the service.
It’s frustrating that I had to pay for another month just to cancel, and now I’m stuck with an additional month of subpar car washes that I won’t use. The issue isn’t even with the location itself, but with customer service’s unwillingness to make things right. This entire experience has been discouraging, and I won’t be recommending this service to anyone.

We are happy it is the guy who hand does soap at beginning that makes for good wash. 2 guys doing this is best but costly to you.

This place is 1 of the greatest I been to by far. They out beat surf thru don shaw and helm by a long shot. Their customer service is excellent ? and my car comes out extremely clean ... this employees are on top of their game. Definitely know how to run a business and customer service !!!!!

I was offered a special for the month of June upon visiting this car wash. The special I was told was $20 for one month only and it was a special the car was was pushing for the month for people to try their unlimited washes without actually signing up. It was supposed to be a 1 month trial with no reoccurring fees. I asked the man working several times to verify that this would not be reoccurring and that I wasn’t signing up for a subscription to which I was assured that I wasn’t signing up for anything and was not going to be charged again next month. Lo and behold this man lied and signed me up for a membership and now I’m being charged even more than my initial first month. I never agreed to this. I attempted calling multiple times to speak to someone but nobody answers the phone and their online service is insufferable and does not provide immediate canceling. You have to send them an email and wait days for a response. This is a scam and I am not disputing it with my bank. Do not trust this place.

First time coming here and it wasn’t too bad. I can tell you the car wash did a way better job than Surf Thru Express on Shaw and Helm (my car hadn’t been washed in like 2 months before going to both places). They actually had someone wet the car before going through unlike surf thru. Only thing I take away points on is that the wheels weren’t fully clean and they still had road grime on them.
They had a promotion for unlimited car washes through August 27 for $20 that I did sign up for and will make sure to cancel before it renews. Richard, the attendant that helped me, did fully explain the terms and brought up that it will go up to $34 per month after the 27th. There was a reviewer named Black Market Music Collective that said that they weren’t told of the upcharge after the month and had asked about it. They either didn’t read the receipt they have you sign or didn’t pay attention, but on the receipt it says that it’ll go up after the 27th. It was also highlighted as well. Also, when you sign up for a free trial at any other place or online, they have you sign up with your debit/credit information and mention that after the trial, you’ll be charged the normal amount. Dude must have not done free trials before.

The wash is good as long as they are not busy. Or else they will put the vehicles too close together as they go through and it’s just an accident waiting to happen. Plus the guy won’t have time to wash your back window and bumper like they normally do. You also wont get a chance to use the vacuum
