Do not pay this company until you get everything done. I had window coverings installed. The initial install went okay. I found out there is no backing on the top motor covering where the window cover stays when open. It looks tacky from the outside. I asked to have a backing installed on the motor covering. Raven has strung me along and keeps telling me the company will install a backing. Two months later nothing is done. I have talked to Raven multiple times and am always told it will be taken care of. I was d*** enough to pay off my bill when I requested the backing be installed. Still waiting... I will not buy from them again.

Working with Nick and Raven was a breeze. My husband and I felt completely overwhelmed trying to renovate our home after a small bathroom flood destroyed our floors. Luckily, Raven took the stress out of the planning for us! Raven listened to our wants and got to know our style to make flooring recommendations that we loved. We even had Raven design our new bathroom! Communication with Quality Carpets and their contractors was amazing. They were able to work with our busy schedules to get the project done.

Raven at Quality Carpets provided great advice and impeccable service, did not rush us, even came out herself to measure. I went back for multiple visits to get more samples and they let me take them to my home to see with my lighting, etc. which their competitors did not and was a major deciding factor in choosing Quality Carpets! We loved their install team and have been beyond excited with the feel and quality of our new whole-house carpet. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for other home improvement needs! I would say that they are hands down flooring experts, as I've used them on several occasions over the last 20yrs for carpet, LVP flooring, wood flooring as well as window coverings and have had great finished results on each occasion. Nick has always taken care of me and my projects with exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I would highly recommend them!
