Been going to this location 3-4 days a week for past few years. Always clean and neat, it's rare that a machine is down. Bathrooms are always clean. Courteous staff. Peak hours can be tricky to get the machines you want but that will be at any gym.

Planet Fitness provides a clean safe place to exercise and freshen. The massage chairs provide a much needed relaxation treatment that is a treat. I enjoy the clubs that offer late hours and even days whereby they are open 24 hours. I travel a major portion of California regularly, and have the ease of going to any Planet Fitness on my journey. The excellent constancy of delivery of services at each gym is a testimony to this franchise. Appreciate the positive environment where a person can relax and have a respite from the world outside. Thank you, Planet Fitness!

A lot of the machines are very worn or damaged. It can get pretty busy so it can be difficult to get done what you need. And just stuff like homeless people smoking out back and it getting into the place. Please buy more machines.

The staff is always always friendly and the machines are mostly working and it’s never uncomfortable and overcrowded. Locker rooms and bathrooms are kept extremely tidy.I highly recommend this PF:)

I have been a member since 2018. I wanted to cancel my membership (just briefly for the next year, as the gym won’t be accessible to me that time).
Made it an absolute hassle to cancel the membership. I couldn’t call in. I was told on the phone I had to either send a letter (what??) or come into the store to do it in-person.
I reluctantly drove to the gym (something I did not have time to do) and a barrier was put up again as I had to wait for a manager to finish his lunch. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s 2024. We should be able to cancel in the app or at least over the phone.
EDIT - My response to the response. No. That literally makes no sense. I put one single dot for my signature just to spite that moronic policy.

This is a very comfortable gym with friendly members and attentive management. The massage tables and being able to bring a friend are nice bonuses!

This is my favorite Planet Fitness! All the staff is friendly and prepared. The equipment is always clean and working. I go 4 days a week.
