In short, the ladies lied about items being "homemade" and while I'm well aware that several of the downtown stores are resellers and/or sell stuff from cheaper wholesalers, they shouldn't be lying about the authenticity of their stuff. Now that I see they've purchased from other large stores as well as HomeGoods I see that they are particularly greedy with their prices at this store. I usually love coming here because I admire their stock and the way they display their booths. As a higher up at HomeGoods I can easily recognize that tons of items in this store are purchased from HG/TJ Maxx/Marshall's and resold for usually 3-4x the price, but I've always been willing to look past that because we have so many "collectors" who buy and resell our products in various markets anyways. I recently bought a gingerbread man garland from the store for $15 and when the lady sold it to me, she said the owner of that booth "handmade" all the garlands. However, I visited Hobby Lobby a few days later and found the same garlands that were in the store that they claimed were homemade. Not to mention the garland was only $7 in Hobby Lobby. I don't mind the reselling but do not lie about your products.

They are an up cycle farmhouse decor shop. Really cute items but I wouldn’t call it an antique shop. Nice place to browse and get ideas for diy. The ladies are super sweet as well.

Pretty items for sale, nice music playing.....BUT the lady working in the front (older lady with long blonde hair) needs to work on her customer service skills. No eye contact as I was purchasing my item, barely a hello and barely a thank you. I would hate to think this was the owner.

Once Upon a Time is the best store ever. Great furniture and home decor. So clean and smells great. Always friendly and helpful. Frequently having awesome giveaways/drawings.
