Excellent service! They took me to work and picked me up so I didn't have to find a ride or Uber. Thank you! Helped me figure things out with State Farm, which was an added bonus. Did a great job replacing my windshield and recalibrating my car's safety features. Perfect. Very satisfied! Happy to recommend!

My front windshield had a rock damage crack on the highway and I submitted a quote request and Old Town Auto Glass reached out to me the quickest and I got a quote within the first day. Had to order my factory OEM windshield which took two days and scheduled work once it arrived. They did a fantastic job with only a two hour service. Highly recommended for quick, friendly, honest work locally in Clovis.

This is the second time using this group and will not go anywhere else. This last time I set up a windshield replacement through insurance and was sent to another company. The customer service was horrendous with multiple issues. Called my insurance after a few weeks and had my claim transferred to Old Town Glass as they had done some minor repairs in past. Not only did they keep me updated with the status of windshield but they accommodated my work schedule for repair. The repair has been flawless. The only negative is the location can be hard to find and the advertising outside could be better however I'm rating the work and customer service of this group and they are the best!

Above and beyond service, quality and pricing. Most notable was their speed of service. Called on a Tuesday at 4:45 got a great price and when I asked about availability I was told they could complete the window replacement the next day, Wednesday. Arrived at 9:00 and the replacement work was completed by 11:00. Their competitors either could not perform the replacement until two days later and two told me I would have made an appointment to find out about availability. Old Town Auto Glass crushes their competitors in service and pricing.

I drive a fleet car for work and was referred to Old Town Auto Glass for a chip in my windshield. The service I received was excellent, fast, and friendly. I was so happy with the results on my company car that I brought my personal car in a few days later to have a chip repaired on the windshield. Again, excellent service. Had a chipped windshield from a big rig on the freeway. Called Old Town Auto Glass. The receptionist/scheduler was helpful and able to get me in within the hour. It took me longer to drive there than for them to fix the damage. The waiting area was comfy with a television. The price was approximately half of the big chain auto glass companies. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had a full length crack across my entire windshield after an unfortunate encounter with a large rock on the freeway. They gave me an estimate in e-mail, were extremely up front about how long the work would take and were incredibly accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment.They finished the full windshield replacement ahead of schedule by a full half hour and the estimate was the exact price of the parts and labour. They further gave me advice on how to take care of the windshield over the next few days to ensure that it would be completely secure.I would highly recommend this business for their specialty.

Was in Clovis and saw my Mach-E had a big chip and couldn't afford to have this thing run a long crack with how stupid expensive these windshields are. Called Old Town Glass and they got us in. The break was in an odd place and they were still able to get some resin in it to save the windshield for a while. Appreciate all the help from Chris. Will definitely be back!

The person that helped me was very polite and helpful. They were able to fix my driver side window very quickly. I would highly recommend coming here for auto glass repair.
