Went to Old Navy last night to get some clothes and some dresses for my youngest and my wife and I grabbed a couple things as well. Very clean store very organized and most importantly great customer service the young lady that helped us out in the front checking out our items went above and beyond and was very helpful. Thank you, Old Navy.

So first thing first I love this store and have been coming here for years and spend a lot of money with this company to feel the way I did today. ……Today 2/16/2024 this morning I went in with my toddler and the entire time this lady/ employee ( blonde shoulder length hair, Caucasian, tall, heavier set, wears gym clothes to work) found it necessary to be stalking us and be wherever we were making me feel uncomfortable and that I was doing something wrong. Not one time did she say hello or ask if we needed any help! Such an unpleasant shopping experience. She obviously needs training on how to approach people and customer service.

I have not been to an Old Navy in a few years, so the price tags were a shocker??????. I rechecked the store sign, to make sure I wasn't at Nordstrom Rack. Some of the quality was...humm...

Everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. With it being last Friday before school starts the store was really clean and organize easy to find things we liked and sizes we needed.
