Tried returning an item which I purchased at another location. The clerk told me the item was not returnable which seemed odd. I told them I had bought it not even an hr prior and had specifically asked if it could be returned (I hoped to find it cheaper elsewhere which I did). When I explained as much the clerk told me to go back to the store where I bought it - so I had to drive 20 mins to make the return and feel that I was lied to.
The original store told me any NAPA store should take that return. So I think I was lied to - not sure why.

They said they had the part for my truck which they did not. They try to send me out of there with the wrong brake rotors. I had to argue and be like no look. Here is the rotor that came off of the truck and it does not match what you're giving me then they gave me another set of rotors that match the bolt pattern but did not fit the calipers. Very disappointed. Spent $200 and it took 3 days to refund

Large mark up, plus they still had to order it top it off it was actually 150 dollars less if you order it directly from the manufacturer.

Checked online and called the store for a tool to finish my truck. Online said it was available and in-stock but I called to make sure. When I got there the person behind the counter said "nope we ain't got that." I explained I checked and it was in stock showed him online and said I called as well. He looked in his paper catalog and said "nope, I can order it but not till tomorrow." So I just ordered it from Orielys.

Damn i thought these comments where fake but i be damned if i come back to this store definitly the worse store and im better off takin the drive to E clinton or Blackstone i dont know whos training these people but they really got bo car knowledge i damn near almost looked the part up my self

iam sorry but this napa had it all on top. This year has been a total let down for my business. I had to find some other way of getting simple parts. It has gotten so bad sometimes i just dont even get parts i have ordered at all. In some cases receiving half of the order with the full amount. I hope it improves but i will take my 35k a year somewhere else.

Great place for DIYers and pros. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near downtown Clovis. Quality parts and experienced personnel. Decent selection of tools, just in case you don't have that special metric socket for your Audi. Cleaning supplies for your car, paint, filters, oil, batteries and antifreeze. Much more.

So I ordered some brake parts the night before for this store online and requested delivery as I have triplets and was busy watching them the following day. The next day comes I was home all morning afternoon and about 12ish I decided to call the store to see when the parts would be delivered I was informed that they had been delivered and I was going back and forth stating I had not received the parts. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she informed me they had been delivered this turned into a he said she said and I told her I have cameras and the parts where never delivered and she told me to dispute it with PayPal which I have no idea what they have to do with this situation being I paid with my debt card anyways I needed these parts so I went in and showed her the camera and her driver never delivered the parts then she notices he delievered him to the people across the street and told me they were across the way and I should get them I told her that is a crime I won't go and take a package off someone else's property to end up on the news lol she sent her driver back to go get the prts and bring them to me she corrected the issue but it was not correct because she wanted to correct it only because I went in which I was trying to avoid lesson learned next time I need parts I will be taking my business else where as I found it weird that you pay for parts and they do not make you sign or anything making sure you have all your parts they just go off what the employee says and the employee could be wrong overall was not happy with this experience if you come her I suggest going in not having them delivered
