Had Markus resolve many problems with installation of new printer set-up and in process he cleared up several other issues. VERY COMPETENT/KNOWLEDGABLE and took the time to explain all to me - a simple user. And his rates are extremely reasonable !

I worked with Markus this week to help me set up my home office for a new job and was blown away at how great his knowledge and customer service was. He was extremely patient with me and his knowledge of hardware setup was very impressive. My company was long overdue to upgrade our IT. So I contacted Markus at Mere Secure & he was kind enough to take on the project. We now have 4 new computers, with dual monitors, upgraded software, a shared server & many other improved functionalities. The pricing was extremely competitive, the knowledge was unmatched & the service was impeccable. Markus was even gracious enough to do the install in 1 day, on New Years Eve! I highly recommend!

My Dell went silent and blank; my older Lenovo and I forgot our password, so neither was useable. Mere Secure, Inc. was provided from Angie’s List, along with a few other companies. Mere Secure answered my email, offered online advice, provided helpful links to try first. Alas, the Dell was unresponsive, so brought it in to the office. While Markus, the owner, looked at it, he patiently explained what he was doing, his expertise was apparent.
