Horrible customer service. The Manager evades client concerns. Some of the massage therapist do not listen to you when they are using to much pressure. Some massage therapist start late on you and end early. I also schedule massages and get calls the day of to reschedule cause that therapist is unavailable. The manager and her receptionist are unprofessional when it comes to gossiping about the call center. And if u have concerns her answer is if u don’t like it here you can go to the Fresno sites. She is horrible. I will be canceling my membership and demanding my money back for massages unused.

First time and a good experience. The issue is I scheduled a 60-minute session at 145 and was released at 230. Tbh, I don't know when we started, but the front desk mentioned every body part, including the pecks and abs, which were neglected.

Worst customer service ever. I have been a member for almost 9 years. Will be cancelling g my membership altogether after todays experience.Manager has terrible customer relation skills. Just awful.If you’re going to come to a massage envy. Choose the Champlain and Perrin location

Its similar to a sales pitch everytime i call to book a massage. No i do not want your hot towel for an extra $10. Also, they charge an extra $15 market fee because I do not live locally.The one masseur they booked me with, scott, had horrible technique and bad hygiene with long finger nails (i could feel them stabbing me.

The customer service seemed nice at first! Massage was a bit rough but my therapist was very responsive to my feedback and adjusted appropriately. Unfortunately, they were really pushing sales at me at the end of my session (both on and off the massage table) and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Upon reading the reviews here I am so glad we didn't let the manager force us into upgrading to a membership. Update: My back has a couple bruised places :( Pretty disappointed.

Member for many years. My primary location was the clovis location but experienced issues in scheduling. Fig garden location has been able to provide me appointments as needed. I spend 3 relaxing hours getting a massage and facial. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service.

I have had difficulty in scheduling an appointment due to staff availability. I finally was able to schedule an appointment and the morning of got a call 30 minutes before my appointment start time stating my appointment was canceled. I drove in from another town 40 minutes away. Very disappointing. The same way they ask for your credit card information to hold the appointment, I would like the therapist credit card information to pay for my wasted gas and wasted time. Only fair, right?!

I don't recommend this place!I was getting ready to go to my appointment at 4 and I got a call saying that my appointment was at 3:30. There is no way I would make an appointment at that time because it doesn't give me enough time.There response was that, they will still charge me for the missed appointment. And that they send out a text (which I never confirmed the appointment through) or even read. Very disappointed as a customer hereI also don't like how Massage envy scams there customer to signing a year long contract. They basically told me at the Visalia Massage envy that I could get less expensive massages if I become a member, so who wouldn't do that. Turns out you have to pay $100 for a year straight without any way of getting out of it even through financial hardship.

I am a member for about 1 1/2 years this last week I had to cancel because I felt sick from my stomach and a head ache. I called to inform them. They told me I would be charged for the cancellation so I said I’ll just go in and see I how do. I was told because I said I was sick I could not keep the appointment. I later rescheduled was never told anything about the cancellation. When I checked out I paid To cover the tip so I thought. What was charged without my permission or any kind of receipt an additional amount for a 1 full hour that should have been covered through my membership. I spoke to Shannon the manager by phone after checking my bank statement on line. Her repetitive answer was that I signed a contract and “unfortunately” the charges would stand as is they only “unfortunately consider COVID as a excusable sickness.”So “unfortunately” next time I’ll go in and wait to see if I throw up. She was rude and cared more about the $$$$ then customer service. BTW never asked for any money back just wanted to know why I was not informed about the charges Before my card was charged. So now I’m trying to cancel my membership WOW I think I’m in an episode of Friends the one where… May have to get a Lawyer!

The employees here at great I would give that portion a 5 star for both front desk and therapists everyone is so chill and easy going and the company itself is actually a good experience to have. The manager at the Clovis location though, is such a joke. I'm a current employee here who resigned last week. At first she acts like she's super nice and goes "above and beyond for her employees" but over time I've noticed she's so fake! She talks about employees behind their backs. She is known for having everyone else do her work for her and never wanting to do it herself. Her name is Ventan she is lazy and looks half dead most of the time, you can literally see how miserable she is when you look at her and always gives you a sob story about her personal life or how stressed out she is at work because of the tasks they give her. Many times has she been "a friend" to me and multiple times has said she wants to be my friend but I only kept it minimal because I never felt comfortable enough. If you're not on her "good side" many employees have made it clear that she tried to make employees miserable lmao not me! She was literally hiding in her office all day today after I texted her multiple things yesterday that I was not going to do her a favor for, like she wanted me to put a later date saying I quit later than the original date, even wrote the dates on a sticky note I still have so that I could remember. I had an encounter that was very wrong with a client and should have been reported immediately, she was not present as she had to help manage the Champlain and Perrin location this happened yesterday. The assistant manager Shawna tried to handle the situation accordingly but as she is new and still in training ventan refused to help her and simply said it was my fault not knowing what happened and I clearly did what I had to do and was told to do during training so I acted accordingly. However, the manager continued to fail her job as a manager. Ventan has not showed Shawna many things and things that go wrong within the office she simply points it in the direction of HR because she doesn't want to deal with the people above her. For any situation she just says she doesn't want to deal with it herself and has someone else do it for her and leaves the new assistant completely stressed out. When the old assistant manager was still here, Sean, it's crazy how much a difference it made as he would go above and beyond and I realized it was never Ventan who did the most for the employees, it was Sean. Maybe he should've been the manager at this location unfortunately he had other plans for his life and well honestly good for him! I took it upon myself to report this immediately when I had the situation happen to me same day as this foul manager would not, corporate and other locations were already notified same day of incident about everything she had done against or asked of me. She will definitely get what she deserves she thinks she's so slick but definitely not she's actually really obvious and most employees rather much leave or not deal with her. Thankfully I'm out of here soon but these great employees deserve so much better than this trashy manager. Oh yeah and she wanted me to write a later date because she's going on vacation and doesn't want to teach Shawna how to do whatever she needs to to finalize my resignation! In the sticky note it even says "true last day" but she also writes the dates she wants me to put on the letter haha. Even though I didn't have to provide the letter I took the initiative to snap a photo anyways because now she's saying she fired me lmao.

First time in my life that I went to a massage place, and didn't feel awkward or creeped out. The staff was super nice and amazing. They made me feel super comfortable. The massage was amazing. They even asked me what place to target and how much pressure would make me comfortable. I loved it so much I signed up for a membership. Best prices in town, and an amazing staff on hand. I'm recommending this place to everyone. Can't wait to go back.
