They have signage on Herndon with a 2nd grade word spelled wrong. Learn the difference: to, two, too. Drives me crazy each morning on my drive to work. If they cannot advertise with correct spelling, I will not use their services.

So I haven't been here in a while to service my car (changed to Fresno) because they got on my sh*t list but I had to come in for service cause I bought a new car and they were going to take care of something in my car, couldn't do it at Fresno cause I bought at Clovis. Anyhow, Derrek, a new advisor took care of me and was very nice and listened to me and I am back to giving them another chance!

David was very helpful.. bought a car it broke down within 2 weeks, no one could be bothered to help us out Finance, Sales, Service, all were giving the run around , they could not care less tht I was gonna be without a vehicle for over a month , David made sure I got in contact with the correct people

Don't believe that sign that says they will give you 500.00 over CarMax appraisal, I took my car their right after I got it appraised from CarMax and they did not honor there word. Customer Service is terrible and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENT!! I should have just stayed with CarMax and not wasted my time with them. Lesson learned and I will never go back!!

If I can get this a zero*I would Brenda helped me out but her manager was of zero help. I try to buy the car at the price that they wanted before I was going for 35,000 out the door then they raise it to little over 37. I said OK, but can you guys have the Tesla up-to-date on his maintenance and the battery swapped for a new one so the vehicle will be safe and the manager refused to do that that's how the manager at Nissan is and I was going to drive over 200 miles away just to come get the Tesla if he was able to have it up-to-date on his maintenance and when I ask them, so does the manager not care about people safety? She would not respond. They are only here to make a quick, but they don't care, if the vehicle is going to fall apart as soon as you leave a lot as long as they get their money, so I would not recommend this place at all. The manager is obviously a horrible human being and shouldn't be at a dealership if he's going to treat people this way all because they want the vehicle to be up-to-date.
