I have come to realize that charging at Kirkland was a mistake. I will not shop there any longer. The only service that the store offers its customers is they can take your money. But if there is a valid issue with whom they have chosen to have payments go through. Your on your own, Wells Fargo is who they use. I can't believe im the only one who has run into the problem I have had multiple time. DON'T WITH THEM TO AVOID PROBLEMS TO EVEN PURCHASE FROM THEM. IF YOU YOUR ON YOUR OWN.

We came in Saturday night. Not busy, only few customers in the store. Associate is super nice and trying to help. Manager sucks. One of the worst I’ve ever met.I prepaid my item at the other store because they are sold out at their store and asked me to come over and pick up at this store. My daughter grabbed the wrong pillow which is similar to the one on hold. He look at my receipt, he went” you didn’t pay for it” ( which I already prepaid the day before on my receipt) He kept insisting I didn’t pay for it, and it was not on the receipt.Even tho my daughter grabbed the wrong pillow( color almost the same, but pattern slightly different) He could just looked carefully at the receipt and would be more nicer and helpful, not accuse me not paying for it. Arrogant for no reason. One of the worst customer experience ever. But I like the female associate , she’s humble and helpful.

Update:September 26,2023I don't know what, I was thinking of going back to this place! Rude staff mostly to Hispanic clients.Previous visit:I like the store and the main floor staff. The security was really creepy. We were a big group of 7 people and as soon we got in the store the security started to follow us and he asked very loudly to the cashiers if everything was okay. When we paid for our stuff. He stood right next to us and checked us up and down, and made sure we paid for our stuff, and he asked the cashier again if everything was okay. He made the cashier very uncomfortable as much we he did to us. It is a no, no for us to go back! Maybe we can buy online but not in store shopping.

I love kirklands! It is evident that they have really high quality items that can enhance the look of your home!I recently purchased a beautiful kitchen cabinet here. The original price was $899 and with a coupon and it being on sale, the price dropped down to $599. It is my favorite item in my home now!

Scrolling through Pinterest and I found a table setting I like and thought I would check out Kirkland's to see if they had any of the items. They sure did! The plates, napkins, napkin rings, and glasses. I was elated to see them as I am hosting a girls luncheon next week and really wanted to get my table set. However, I did not buy a single thing. Kirkland's prices are way too high. These were not pre-covid prices. Very disappointing. There was a woman walking around handing out coupons that were good for a purchase TODAY ONLY. But even with the coupon I felt I could find the items cheaper elsewhere. Which I did, Amazon and Home Goods.I won't be back here any time soon. 2/5 stars since the store is stocked well and clean.

Their things are overpriced and too Instagramy for my taste. No character. I like the colors but not my style or my preferred pricing. The worker asked me if I needed help which was nice. It was just the thing inside that didn't fit my style. It was nice and toasty inside though. Very organized site however.

I'm trying to work on my backyard to make it more Zen. So I saw these super cute elephants online and the Kirkland in Clovis had the elephants in stock. So I ordered them and pick them up from the store. They made it so super easy for me to have the items brought out to my car. The employee that answered the phone when I arrived was super nice, courteous and very polite. The items were brought out to my car super fast, I was not even there a total of four minutes. When I got the elephants home they were super cute in my backyard and totally worth the money. My online order and And drive up pick up experience or wonderful, I will totally do this again.

Beautiful store & people but what's the use of you can't enter as the air is filled with incentives. It's almost you're sophisticated. This Valley has enough pollution and people are all allergic in one way or other. Is there any way you can please reduce this smell at least so it's not that strong?

Kirkland's is where I like to come for my home decor needs when I can't deal w/ the madness of Home Goods or Ross, and this location much like Home Goods is on the tamer side than the Villagio one. Seriously, this store has some of the most beautiful decorations for your home (or to gift to someone) and they'll give inspiration to those of us that struggle on figuring out how to pull things together. This store has EVERYTHING...art, some furniture pieces, picture frames, wreaths, Christmas ornaments, candle pillars, floral/candle centerpieces, candles, mirrors, dishes...and the list goes on. What makes the above better, and why I prefer to come here over the above mentioned stores (when the wallet allows) is that they have more than ONE of something. Found a lamp you like at Home Goods and you want to buy two??? You have almost the same chances as winning the power ball as you do finding a second matching one. You won't have that problem here though, 99% of the time you will find multiples of the same thing and it will always be neatly organized...no digging and sifting thru piles like you're on some archaeological site. Their prices are reflective of their quality and store tidiness and quantities though, most of the time. I'm usually able to get some pretty good steals and not impulse shop. On previous visits I've purchased some pretty awesome things, I fell in love with a giant shadow box frame that I got on sale (as well as a coupon) and only paid $20. Other items like a $499 chair and $6.99 per Christmas ornament are too pricey imo. They offer some decent coupons once in awhile, upwards of 30% off so be on the lookout for those...much of the time they will have those available right there in the store. A store like this should garner more stars...but the customer service is a little snooty. Many visits, just like my last visit, I've gone unassisted and ignored. Hopefully the service improves because this really is a fave of mine.

My bf's mom has been encouraging me to check out Kirkland's for home decor, so I figured after stopping at trusted Home Goods, why not. Wasn't impressed, really. Walked by 3 employees and none of them greeted me or anything of the sorts. The floors were also littered with bits and pieces of artificial plants and what not. Predominantly farmhouse and rustic decor. You won't find other interior styles here.
