My fiancee and I came in today because we thought there was a crack in her ring and were helped by Skylar and Gao. They inspected the band meticulously and reassured us that the ring was still perfect. Even with the reassurance, they still gave us the option of sending it in and getting it looked at/replaced if need be. My fiancee and I felt so reassured that we decided to keep it for now. The customer service that was given was amazing. We will be doing our business with them as long as we can. Thank you guys a million!!

Horrible place do not purchase a wedding ring from them. The worst customer service, they are not honest and lack major communication. Ruined my engagement ring to where the four prongs where my top diamond sits is completely uneven. I hate looking down at my ring. Sent my ring out to be repaired and they had no idea where it was. After all this a wonderful manager named Jenny was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and was so kind to me and my husband. She made this whole mess a great experience. If it wasn't for her I qould never recommend this place to anyone. Jenny definitely needs a raise! I can say that I would go back and purchase something because of her. I am so happy with how my ring turned out.

They lost my wedding ring. I took my wedding ring in last week for the warranty repair/cleaning service. The ring was supposed to be sent off to the repair center. We got a call that my ring was stolen in the process yet they will not provide us any information. We’ve tried calling to obtain a case number for the investigation that they’re stating they opened but no one is picking up the line. We also asked about getting a replacement ring, of course they weren’t able to give us any information. They basically just called to advise my ring was stolen and to wait for them to call back. If my property was stolen, I am considered a victim of a crime, therefore I should be provided with ALL information including the case number and the steps that are being taken to remedy this issue. Maybe leaving a negative review will encourage them to reach out to me. I’ll be waiting for a call back. You have my information.

I took a ring in for repair and was given a promise date. The promise day came and went, no word. I went into the store and was told the promise date is more of a Mayne date. I asked what the point was of a promise date if they don't guarantee it by that date, they didn't know. I asked if they had an estimate when it might be received but they had no idea. She said she could call and instead of calling right then she said she would call and let me know. It's not like the store was packed with customers that she couldn't call right then. Do I trust they will call or have the ring back in a timely manner, no I don't. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I custom ordered a ring from this store. I was given an approximate date for my order. It's been few weeks past the estimated date of order and none of the staff is able to give me an update. I have to call them many times, but none of them seem to care or address my issue. I wish there is a zero star rating in the options, I would rate them a zero. Worst service and I would never recommend this store to anyone!!
