I went there for the first time today asking for a lanyard for my nfl team. The guy behind the desk appeared to b bothered when I asked him where the lanyards are and said all we have is there. And pointed. I asked him if there will b anymore or if he can order more and he said rudely I don’t know and went back talking to another customer who appeared to b his friend. I thought that he would say let me get your information so I can contact u when we order more. The customer service is bad, no one didn’t greet me or ask how to help and his responses were rude. Today was my first time coming and will b my last. Needless to say, I wanted to buy local, but after I left , I just ordered it on Amazon for $7.

Awful customer service and all the merchandise is packed so close together that is so difficult to see what's there.It is nice how much of a selection they do have and how many teams are represented.Also just a heads up they don't offer refunds, only store credit or exchange.

The dude and I came to this location as the dude wanted to get me a Warriors Jersey as we were attending a play off game for the Warriors on 04/16/22. I created their yelp page as they didn't have a page set up set. This is a new location and it appears they recently opened up. We arrived about an hour before closing which was perfect as we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The Dude has a addiction to sports so he was totally GEEKING OUT at all the items they have here. Since we were on a time crunch I reminded the dude the purpose we were here as if they didn't have what we were looking for we can go to another place before closing. I flagged down a staff member to inquire if they had ant Steph Curry Jersey's and unfortunately they didn't. They informed us the location by my parents house were out of it as well. The staff was very friendly and appeared busy as they were cleaning up for the day such as organizing and vacuuming the place up. We thanked them and took a look at the stuff they offered in general as they had hats, jerseys, Funko Pops and other items of various players and teams. I honestly LOVE this store. I am not a huge sports fan but I am very supportive of the dude and plus I enjoy dressing up in the cute sports item to show my dedication. They had the teams of Warriors items and Oakland A's items. The dude and I saw Raiders items which we are wanting to find a new football team to support as the dude is Anti anything Las Vegas. Hoping to return soon so we can start getting Team items of our new football team we are going to support. I recommend this location! Friendly staff and very clean and organized. No complaints at all.

Went in on Sunday for Warriors gear. Did not have any of the latest jerseys or hats. All merchandise was Adidas which is very old. Had the same items in the 50 percent off store as well. Will shop online
