Karen Hobson was exceptional. She took the weight off 3 years of taxes off my shoulders and put my mind to ease. She was a great communicator and walked me through everything. She was highly professional and a wonderful person. I highly recommend her!

Derri was very friendly and answered all my questions. She was very attentive to my questions, and personable. The tax preparation seemed pretty straight forward like reading questions off the screen, and didn't really ask or inform me about certain write offs that would pertain to my specific job or any write offs other than the obvious ones, nothing above and beyond. Overall she did a great job as a person, customer service was great. The price of 50% off since I was a first time customer was reasonable i think, although they didn't re-check my last years return like I saw advertised but I guess that would have just been a bonus so I didn't push the issue.I probably won't go back next year as the regular returning customer price is 410.00 which is about 200 more than I paid at Liberty taxes last year and the end result at both places were within a few dollars.

Visited with tax agent Derri Hise today who was incredibly helpful with filing my taxes for 2022. Highly recommend visiting with her as she walks you through the tax preparation process seamlessly and is very knowledgeable about all the corporate deductions. Will most likely file my 2023 taxes with this branch next year and looking forward to working with Derri again next year
