Kacy is incredible! I came in with NO idea what I wanted, and 7 people in tow ready to give their opinions! She did an incredible job letting everyone pull the dresses they wanted me to try, and then once we were trying them on let me give her my opinions, etc in private to help her refine my style and preferences and pull some dresses she felt would go well.
I couldn’t have imagined a better experience where I felt heard and completely comfortable saying what I liked and didn’t like, and getting her professional opinion on fit, etc.
She couldn’t have been more patient and willing to let me try different veils, headpieces, etc!
I am so happy to be an Ivory bride!

I absolutely loved my experience with Ivory Bridal. Kacy was so amazing during this time and made me feel like I was her only bride. The selection of gorgeous gowns and overall welcoming atmosphere allows you to freely enjoy your special moment with friends/family. I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience, thank you guys!!

Out of all the dress shops I’ve been to Ivory Bridal boutique has been the most welcoming, kind hearted, and has the most beautiful wedding dresses! They are not pushy, do not rush you and ensure you feel comfortable!! So glad they’re a part of my wedding experience!

I only gave 5 starts because that’s all I could! Should be 100 starts ! Such a great experience. My Kacy was so patient, kind and so much fun to work with. I had 14 dresses LOL and she made me feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience and would go back multiple times if I could !

Kacy ensures a smooth and casual experience; her attention to detail is impressive, making every dress feel tailored! Her clip game is top notch! Quick and efficient, I never felt rushed, trying on a variety of dresses. Kayla was so attentive, helpful, patient, and kind. My expectations were well exceeded! Kayla didn't hesitate to help me put back on a dress I had second thoughts about, add sleeves to a dress, remove sleeves from the dress, then add the sleeves back on a third or fourth time (lol), and try on a million different veils. I was blown away by the selection of the boutique, the dresses are breathtakingly beautiful with a lot of affordable options too. It's pretty obvious the boutique is picky about which dresses they offer to their customers! I typically don't wear dresses so I, of course was anxious about how I'd look in wedding dress. Ka put me at ease and made me feel so beautiful! I am so happy with what I found, I don't think I've ever looked so good! Kayla, thank you again for helping me say "yes!" to the dress.

The service that was given and the selection of dresses was amazing! Kacy you made my day stress free and fun! Once I tried on a few dresses and got an idea of what I liked and what I didn't, Kacy pulled the most perfect dress out and as soon as I put it on I knew it was the dress! Before booking I was able to fill out a questionnaire to customize my experience. They had the type of music I liked playing, the dresses I tried on were all in the price range I had put on the questionnaire. You will not be disappointed!

They’re so progressional and make sure they’re helping you find your dream dress! They are very personable, quick response time, and the environment is amazing. I highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a wedding dress in the Central Valley!

Instead of attempting to even apologize, or say anything at all they just removed my review on yelp.Nice employees. But the metal piece on the pants cut my hand open right before pictures so we had to stop the bleeding, find a band aid. Also couldn't work the day after due to the slice. I wonder how many times it's been used for the metal piece to even be sharp enough to make a cut let alone a deep slice like I got.Also on the suit it says suit is due by next business day on the suit to avoid late fees. No problem!Yet they failed to clarify that that means Sunday or they will charge a late fee. So they already know this is a problem that's why they send a text out on Sunday saying it's due today. I work on Sunday but I don't consider it a business day. I wonder how many others have had an issue with this. Not that hard to say "hey we count Sunday as a business day" so customers can plan accordingly. I will avoid this place at all costs.To to sum it upPoor quality material, very used metal piece sliced my hand pretty deep.Failure to communicate next business day means Sunday. And by 3.Weird no one ever considers Sunday a business day, even people who work weekends.When I mentioned these issues, the lady tried to rush me out and didn't even apologize or say anything

I own a business and it's crazy to me the lack of business skills this owner has. If I inconvenienced someone like this or my product harmed them I would to the very least apologize. But nope. Nothing. Actually got rushed out since they didn't want to talk about in in front of other customers. To to sum it up Poor quality material at least for me, I had a very used metal piece on the waistband slice my hand pretty deep. No apology or any words towards that when I mentioned it. Failure to communicate that their business day means Sunday, until 11, they sent a text. So everyone was inconvenienced having to rush back into town to avoid late fees. When the wedding was hours away Saturday night. Weird no one ever considers Sunday a business day, even people who work weekends. I will avoid this place at all costs.

My daughter and I had an appointment with Dana at Ivory to try on wedding dresses! LOVE the boutique and LOVE Dana! We were greeted with her smile as she introduced herself and us to the boutique! She made my daughter feel beautiful as she fitted dresses to Lauren's wishes! Lauren's two friends celebrated with us as Lauren tried on the gowns and we sipped champagne! This was the best experience that we have had in choosing a gown! Dana made this experience very special! You came well recommended from other friends of ours who chose their bridal gowns from Ivory! Thank you for making this very special for us and Dana even stayed longer than our scheduled time to make Lauren feel very comfortable in her decisions!
