I bought a dishwasher on the 4th of October paid for dishwasher, installation kit, delivery, installation, warranty, and take away. The soonest delivery was today the 22nd. I got a robo call telling me the delivery install would be between 2 and 6 pm. I had to take off work and make arrangements to have someone pick up my child at school. I'm ok with that what I am not OK with is at 4:00 pm I get a phone call from the driver that they have my dishwasher but no install kit, Do I want it delivered and reschedule installation, or reschedule delivery and installation both. They could have given me that option in the morning so I did not have to take off work. I asked him when it could be installed he said Saturday or Monday. I told him I cant afford to take off work if they could do Saturday I would appreciate it. I get a phone call from a B**** who tells me she has a opening on the 29th, do I want it or not? I will never do business with HOME DEPOT EVER AGAIN or their contracted delivery installers RICHIE TRUCKING CO. I have never been treated so horribly in my life by someone whom I actually paid to do a service. I will make sure I tell every friend, every business associate, every veteran association, every Union association, PTA, and Community association I am affiliated with that Home Depot does not appreciate the business of hard working Americans, they do not value their customers, don't shop there and definitely don't have anything delivered or installed.

Never had issues going to Home Depot. I do my homework on big purchases and use common sense to find what I'm looking for. Last purchase was a Treager. I checked online which indicated the store had one I stock. I called; spoken to an employee in the BBQ section. Informed me they had one. My wife an I high tailed there and made our purchase; along with the cover and bag of pellets. I could have asked Depot to have it assembled but I'm a handy guy. Took 30 mins to assemble, 10 mins to calibrate, 1-2 to season. In and Out purchase cause I did my homework.

Ok I'll start with " if your having a crappy day don't take it out on customers "!!! I don't shop at this Home Depot regularly but I happen to be in the area, every time I've come here it's been a pretty good experience, well not today, we all know there's a line for everything now, I got what I needed got in line for about 10 minutes as I got to register a gentleman and his wife step in ! I politely said " sir the back of the line is back there " if looks could kill I'd be dead lol " he said I've been in line, so not only is he a crowder but a liar ok whatever I let him go, I got to the self serve register and the lady was wiping it down ( Home Depot employee) I said thank you once again if looks could kill I'd be dead ) I asked her how is your day going she stared at me for a few akward seconds and said ok, I said thanks again for cleaning? I bagged everything and realized it's 110degree out I'll get some water, it's at arms length she's coming to clean the Register I said I forgot water she said are you serious!! With that I'll keeeeel you look on her face lol Bottom line if you hate your job find another!!I get it your tired We are all tired !! Line after line mask after mask things suck right now being a rude person to someone isn't going to make your day better, I really hope that their day gets better I'm blessed tired but blessed

Thank you to DANIEL in masonry and lumber and BRANDON for going above and beyond with excellent customer service and helping me find and load up concrete piers for supporting a tent we needed to put up at my husband's restaurant, Daniels, in the Madera Ranchos, for Covid-compliant outdoor dining options for our patrons. You guys rock!-Tamara

I went there two days the past week for paint. Both times, I see a lot of customers not wearing masks. WTH? It’s like Covid-19 no longer exists...

The staff is so rude here. This was my first and will be my last time at this store. Nobody acknowledged me and there was two workers just talking at the desk. when I spoke up to get some help the man at the desk by the refrigerators said it wasn't his area and completely ignored me again. Then a rude worker who happened to pass by said it was there area and kept walking and did not bother to try to help. I wish I would have got all the workers names but I was so upset I went to Lowe's instead where I was acknowledged and helped.

The curbside pick up process needs to be improved. I checked in through email button on 6/18 for my order. waited more than 20 minutes and had to leave, there were 3 cars ahead of me & no one had been helped. I called the store, explained I'd return on 6/19. I arrived on 6/19 around 6:30 hoping for a quicker service. I was the only curbside waiting & could not check in through the email option, I assume because I'd already checked in the day before. I called, spoke to a CSR,

This was the worst customer service I've ever had at Home Depot. People were not wearing masks that work there, they were not practicing social distancing, they just did not care. It took 45 minutes for me to get my order that I only went to pick up due to the text message and an email saying it was ready. I had to go inside because Curbside was closed early and I had to wait for an order that was supposed to be ready. I am not happy. I will never shop at the Clovis Home Depot again

This store has no covid protocol. . Employees don't wear masks. Check out lines have people shoulder to shoulder. There is someone at the entrance supposedly monitoring how many people enter which makes you think they are being safe. Every aisle had 5-10 people. It 3as awful

There's no substitute, it's a little hard to find help but anyone I've gotten to makes a respectable effort to help me find things. The only minor complaints are they don't have anything like budget drills for occasional users like me, only fifty dollar and up things for professionals, but I just have to go to Walmart or Harbor freight if I'm really on a budget. There's cheap lumber for small home projects like book shelves 1x3x8' low quality is only less than two dollars. Some fun tips: Musicians, get moving blankets for deadening recording rooms, if you need a VERY cheap divider get painters drop cloths, nice tan color , and the rolled vinyl floor protector if you're renting an apartment and don't want to pay the landlord for a new one.

This seriously is the worst store. Every time we go in, it's like trying to find where's Waldo when looking for an employee to help you. Then when you find someone, it's not their "section" or they are rude and not helpful. The only way we go in here is by searching on the app or web prior to arrival so we know where the item is we are looking for. Or we order to store pick up so we don't have to deal with anyone. On Friday we went in to order custom paint (paint match) the guy said it would be ready in 10 mins. No big deal we walked around grabbing other items we needed. So after about 10/15 mins I walked back over and no one was there but there was a couple paint cans with various colors. I looked for mine but there was 2 that could've been it. Typically they leave the piece they matched on top of the can so you know it's yours.... well NONE of the cans had any clue of what each was matched to. Ok.... so I waited about 5 mins along with several other angry customers. There were 3 younger employees standing around in an aisle talking about hair and makeup and on their cell phones... they kept looking over but not making any attempt to help.... cool so staring will make us calmer right? So one eventually made her way over and as I was first in line at the counter, I assumed she was going to walk over and help me. NOPE. Another lady walked up at the same time the employee walked up and she helped her instead. This lady was on the phone screaming at someone about what she needed to pick up an the employee was ignoring everyone else. I finally walked up and cut them off and I said I just need my paint I had matched. The employee - her name was Jessica - rudely said it's right there and waved her hand at me. First off... rude. So I explained that I was unsure which was mine as my sample was not in sight of the can. She stated well if it's not yours don't take it. If it wasn't color matched, we would've tossed it and they would leave a note. Ok........... now I'm getting pissed. I asked her her name and read it on her orange apron and said look Jessica I just need my paint. ThIs looks similar to what I dropped off so I will take this but I would like you to look for my sample color I brought in. She rolled her eyes - I'm holding it together so I don't lose my mind because I just want to go home - and she walks in a circle and looks around and of course nothing. So I walk away and looked for a manager.... and guess what.... after 5 mins of waiting for a manger NO-ONE SHOWS UP. Shocking. Also had similar experiences when calling into the store as well. Been transferred around to various sections, given the exact aisle/bay number to get a response that they don't have it. My usual response is cool so basically I have to come down and verify it's not there because i would bet MONEY the lazy employees in this store didn't even move from their spot. And as always we walk in and lo and behold - it's there right at eye level. So thanks Home Depot for hiring incompetent children with attitudes who have no drive to help anyone.
