The location is close to the airport this is why we chose to stay there. I went to go check in and wasn’t able to use my Venmo credit card. Not sure why, we had used that CC for the week stays in other Holiday Inn Express. Anyway so I used my bank account, which for anyone who travels this makes me nervous, but that’s all I had. My bad not theirs. What IRKS me is I had 2 rooms and had to put down a $150 dollar holding fee for both rooms. My rooms cost me $140, what the hell? Now I have to wait for the bank to adjust $300 dollars. We also found some cockroaches in our room the next morning. Just avoid it.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Saff is nice. Breakfast is good. However, the outside noise from the avenue impacted my sleep.

So Leslie was awesome at the front.?. Spa was heated, which was better than my last IHG visit, where it was air temp. On the road in IHG’s @4 nights per week, and one helpful thing would to have a top freezer in the fridge for our cooler ice packs. Good location for the Central CA traveler!

I received ved excellent customer service Leslie. With every customer that entered she greeted them with a warm hello. She was so inviting and knowledgeable. I was unfamiliar with the area and she took the time to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome. I ultimately chose this hotel because of her service.Nearby activities: Fresno State College Spring FootballFood & drinks: Canes, Walmart

There was a little incident and I'm happy to say that Sabrina took care of things. The assistant manager was kind enough to check on the situation. Thank you

Just brought my high school group here and the service could not have been better! Alliyah took care of us from reservation to check-out and was on top of every single detail! She contacted us whenever there were any questions in advance, and made everyone in my group had everything they needed. The hotel was much nicer than many we have stayed in, and the hot breakfast was really good! we had eggs, sausage and gravy and biscuits on one morning and bacon and biscuits another morning. The cinnamon rolls are really good, too.I'd come back with my group any day! Thanks, Alliyah!

This is our second stay at this location, both times while our son was playing in the Fresno Easter Classic baseball tournament. This is the hotel the team stays at, so we stayed here as well. Special shout out to Leslie at the front desk who took care of our situation- I had called the number listed online and chose the option to make my reservation about two months prior to out trip. I left the confirmation number at work. When we got there, Leslie could not find my reservation. Being a tournament weekend I panicked, but Leslie got us a room no problem. I later went back and asked if she could find my original reservation using the card I used to reserve it, which she could. She was able to cancel that reservation which the booking line had put under a different name. She suggested that anytime making a reservation to select the option to speak with front desk and do it that way. Our room was amazing. It was a king sized bed with a sofa and two TV's. The bed was a little firm yet still comfortable- my husband slept like a baby which he never does at hotels. The shower head was AMAZING.....I am looking for one like it for home. Perfect water pressure, and steady massage.Breakfast was options were satisfactory for me- eggs, bacon and sausage every morning, as well as biscuits and gravy and an omelet some mornings. I think a hash brown or potato option would be nice. I even had oatmeal one morning. Other options were cereal, pancakes, yogurt, toast, bagels, croissants and the most amazing smelling cinnamon rolls, which I missed out on. My husband enjoyed the small gym each morning, my son likewise used it and also the hot tub and pool. Location is great, Walmart just down the street, as well as Burlington, Ross, Marshall's,At Home, plenty of places to eat- Robles Taquerìa across the street HIGHLY RECOMMENDED-, and just off the 41 off ramp. Very highly recommended if you're staying in the area.Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, cleanNearby activities: Shopping, baseball fieldsSafety: Very safe area, well lit.Walkability: Walmart in walking distance as well as food.Food & drinks: Great food options- Robles Taquerìa and Bob's Burgers across the street are both phenomenal. Buffalo wild wings a short drive west, Chipotle to the East as well as many other options- McDonald's, Burger King, Raising Cane's, Wendy's, Staw Hat Pizza and other local restaurants.

I have stayed there multiple times, typically check in between 5 and 8 PM and I have been assisted by 3-4 associates and the service is sub-par at best, in fact almost feels like associates are annoyed to have to check a guest in.However, I recently had the good fortune of being assisted by associate Leslie, and she single handedly turned my outlook on this establishment around.Leslie is extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist her guests. I was able to observe other transactions as well and her attitude is positive and polite to each guest.Leslie is a value and asset to this establishment. Thanks Leslie!

I've gotten used to IHG hotels having substandard fitness areas, but this one was by far the worst. The dumbbells were kept behind the front desk, and you could only check out one weight at a time. Mixed workouts are very inconvenient and dropsets are impossible.I understand if the hotel is trying to prevent theft, but this is not the answer. Perhaps you could leave the dumbbells in the there, and just have people sign in and out of the fitness room itself?? Or just put a camera in there.
