Prices are to high, many things are cheaper on retail.
Prices on Ross,dds, Burlington are cheaper.
For donated things, they are very expensive, many times they are cheaper in the store and new. People go to a second-hand store to find cheap things but that is no longer the case.

This place used to be somewhat affordable what does student discount but they stop that. And they raise their prices so now dresses are six something and shorts are $8 and something everything is so overpriced

They will markup items at the register. Workers were rude, we just left and won't be back. We'll spend our money at any thrift store other than goodwill now.

Shoppers and donators: It’s the more expensive second hand store and the one that receives more donations every day. If they don’t sell your donated items they rather sell them in bales or salvage, than lower the price. So don’t waist you time going shopping here because you’re gonna ask “why is it everything more expensive here than other stores if it was donated in first place?”

Caucasian women was very pushy about closing the store. She announced 10 minutes til they close, 3 minutes go by and comes up to me “if you want to buy anything, you have one minute” so then 30 seconds goes by and she tells me “are you ready”. I quickly put my stuff down and left. I don’t know if it was because I’m Hispanic or what but she was not acting like that with anyone else. I never post reviews either, please don’t overpay for your products here. Doesn’t help that the employees aren’t nice either.

Score! Found the cutest little Christmas tree for our bedroom for less than $5! Lots of holiday items in their current selection at the Clovis store. Two cashiers when I was there. The girl who helped me was very nice.

The employees are incredibly unprofessional and make it seem as if customers are an inconvenience to them. The cashier did not speak to me at the register, and acted as if it was my fault the barcode was difficult to scan because I picked out a "difficult shirt." One of the shirts did not have a tag on it and he threw it on the floor and didn't think to mention to me that if there's no tag, you cannot make the purchase. I found out after purchasing that he did not include it. There is no visual around the store indicating this, and is incredibly disappointing after spending time in there to know that your search was pointless. After displaying slight disappointment in this, I chose to shrug it off and walk away. I did not say anything or act animated towards the employees, yet they thought it was funny enough of a situation to audibly laugh and make comments about how stupid I looked? I work in the service industry and would NEVER disrespect employees in any way. I don't even like to leave negative reviews of places; however the attitudes of the people at this store were so poor and straight mean that I couldn't not say anything. It isn't the fault of the customers that the employees were incapable of placing tags on so many items of clothing, not to mention the inconsistent pricing of said products. Good quality workout tops will be $10 in one section, and $5 in the other. All in all, I like what Goodwill stands for; however this location contains the rudest, snarkiest employees of any establishment I've been to.

They added 6 dollars for no reasons and it’s not even in taxes this place is complete bull . The cashier was giving bad costumer service and giving a bad attitude and the time was at! never coming to that goodwill ever again! And I recommend you do the same. Oct 14, 2024 6:45pm.
