I enjoyed all locations due to the convenience of daycare. However, I had to cancel my membership due to daycare closures during COVID (understandable), but here we are three years later and still not open. I feel these businesses are still using COVID as an excuse.Do they want people to reach their fitness/health goals or collect just $$

Cancelled my membership before I was set to be charged for another month, and my cancellation was not processed in time, so they charged me for another month again! I called and spoke with Jennifer and she basically told me too bad, that it was in my contract that I had to cancel and leave enough time for them to process it. What an absolute joke. I don’t even live in the state any more and I’m still being charged. The manager, Christine, told me that it would be no problem, and that if I was charged, they would refund it no problem, but upon calling corporate, Jennifer was insanely rude and basically told me there was no way I was getting a refund. So glad to have left this rude, crowded, filthy gym behind.

I've been a member for a few years but just got into the habit of going consistently. I like the facility overall. It's definitely an added bonus to have the pool, spa and sauna. Some of the machines and benches could use replacement, and I would like to see a few more stand-alone benches but there are definitely plenty of machines, free weights and tools to get in your workouts. The staff is always friendly too. It seems like they try to greet everyone that's coming or going. Plus, there are multiple locations around Fresno and Clovis.

A friend's sister was attacked and they did nothing to make her feel safe The perpetrator is still allowed to attend the gym. Witnesses and pictures were provided and they failed to act in her best interest and her safety. Horrible way of protecting their members!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! It is a scam! There are way better gyms in town at way better prices. Plus they also have supervisors to help, unlike GB3. I was told I need to speak to George because he's the only one higher than them. Ridiculous! If you see this George, call me I guess What a crappy business. Again, avoid at all costs!!

I really love gb3 it’s a nice get away from people and sort of enjoy time to myself and work better on myself but the only real issues I’ve had at most the gb3 s I go to is the water fountain systems they have I really would appreciate it greatly if they all or mostly installed installed fountains with a water bottle refill station I know the Clovis location has one right outside the locker rooms for everyone to use but the one on palm and ness doesn’t have one and it’s always a little irritating to struggle to fill up my hydro flask and then only be able to fill it up half way every time a refill station I think would be really nice to see another thing I’d like to note not as a complaint more of a suggestion it so Install tap to pay on vending machines/ drink machines there have been mutiple times where I and others just don’t have any cash and card or tap is easier then carrying cash I know another real issue I experienced 2-3 months ago the vending machine at palm and ness wasn’t accepting bills so I had to insert it into the other dispenser and exchange it for coins so that I could use the original dispenser luckily they fixed the issue but again I think tap or card is just significantly easier for everyone to use.

The worst possible customer service, I’m being penalized because one of their associates didn’t put my freeze through months ago.They’ve continued to charge a bank account that was closed due to Covid since things have reopened which has given me a size-able balance. Now I must go and find my freeze request copy that I’m sure I do not have any longer considering it was nearly a year ago.I was irate when I was told that the only way to relinquish the balance on my account was to provide a copy of a form I filled out nearly a year ago.Had I known that this establishment was completely irresponsible and careless I would have laminated my request for freezing my account during a pandemic.Useless, heartless, swindlers — thanks for nothing.

As a member for over 10 years, this gum has remained cleaned by the GB3 staff. During this crisis we are in the gym has remained even cleaner with the members doing their part in wiping down equipment. we have been under mask orders and still cases go up. I vehemently recommend that GB3 opens fully including steam room, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi.

Best gym/facility equipment in town with the worst customer service and front desk staff I have ever seen. I have been a member of numerous gyms across California and never have I ever seen such rude/stuck up front desk staff. It's like it's such a huge inconvenience for them to do their job when a member walks in. I would be absolutely amazed if I ever got a simple "Hello" or "Welcome," let alone a goodbye when I leave. Something so simple in customer service is not only absent but the attitude is another part. Terrible in everyway. George Brown needs to fire everyone at the front along with management and start fresh. George Brown, I hope you read this message and do some reorganizing in your staffing. You have a great gym with awesome equipment but your front desk staff completely ruins the experience. This is not only at your Clovis and Shepard locations (which are the worst by far) but at all your locations.

They sure will take your $$$, but come upon a hardship and the response is "we have no way to refund your money." Really??? No way??? Another greedy corporate group out to cash in anyway they can. No respect for customer service.
