I went in today to print out some forms from my email. I had no issues until I needed some assistance adding funds to our self serve transaction. I wasn't too familiar so I went up to ask for some help. KRISTI was not polite AT ALL. She told me I needed to just follow directions to add money on the pad. I asked if she can show me she said she couldnt she was helping someone els. She came up a few seconds later and said "oh looks like you got it " and walked away extremely fast when we indeed still needed help. So i went back to her and told her we still need help. I also let her know she wasnt providing good customer service. She then told the other employees she was not going to deal with me.. pacing and walked to the back to avoid helping us. I was not rude to her at all. There is a polite way of doing/saying things and she was just rude. Another employee came to assist and turns out there are no directions to add funds we would 1st need to end our session and then add funds. I think KRISTI was extremely rude and completely failed to provide any type of good customer service.

Jan sucks, in general this location sucks. But Jan has been terrible everytime I've come here. He made a mistake on my copy and still made me pay for it. Scammers. Try elsewhere.

I’ll make 3 copies of plans for a house and after I’ll pay 754 dollars they charge me 9.50 for a staple that should be free Vanessa she said it was the manager and she was the one who charged me wen that never happened before

This is probably the worst managed fedex location. The drivers never deliver on time and instead say “package was undeliverable” and they’ll reattempt next day. But then the next day they do the same thing. The funny thing is we have cameras and no attempted deliveries were made, kinda defeats the purpose of 2day delivery.

This Kinkos is the best! They not only help their customers but they're at what they do. Summer the manager runs a great place. I've done business here for years and continue doing business with FedEx with all of our Freight & Ground shipping as well.

The girl with the pink purple hair sized me up I'm covered in tattoos hands neck arms. She told me right off the bat we charge this this and that without her even knowing what I wanted, she said it will be $47 just for one image. Decided to go to Riverpark Fedex. $17 for 2 images. The nice staff there couldn't even figure out how she got that price. She honestly didn't want my business, so sad. Go to Riverpark, they're definitely nicer and more knowledgeable. I get large prints all the time, never going to Clovis again.

Gave them my package to send out, to later receive an email that an empty box was received.
