Do NOT use FedEx... EVER! This is one of the black hole distribution centers that packages arrive at and sit forever. They won't tell you anything either. My package is somewhere in "customs" for 5 days & counting, the same info loop every day... delay delay delay. Nobody will tell you anything and actually say this is normal. So if you don't like this kind of normal... DO NOT USE FEDEX. Attached photo as evidence.

Every time I have a shipment from Fed ex it doesn't show up on time EVER! And every time it says I'm not home to receive the package. FED EX tracking is a joke

Horrible service!! I waited all morning yesterday for my package and not one time did anyone come to my door!!! I have a security door so my main door was open and not one time did anyone come to my door!!! So how is it that they attempted to deliver my package?!It's crazy that almost every review on here is about this exact same thing!!! Something needs to change Clovis/Fresno!!!!

This fedex location is the worst! My package is delayed for 7 days due to their lazy driver can't come out of the car to go through the door of the gate to deliver my packages. Theres are plenty doors for them to get in but they're saying they can't get access in the apartment. I called on the 7th day and they told me I can go pick up anytime 8am to 7pm because they're not delivering to me anymore and the package is there in the location. I went later that day and they told me my package was still in the truck with the driver and I have to wait for the driver to get back. Of course I got mad because if the driver won't delivery my package then why would they kept my package in the truck?! And why would they told me I can come pick up anytime when I call?! I would never recommend this fedex to anyone. Second worst experience I received from fedex. The other postal have no problem delivering my package at all. Only this fedex is lazy.

2 times didn't even come and deliver. I was literally at the door then ran out right after I received the notification of missed delivery and the other people didn't even see the truck come in. Shameless liars

It is not a very good service, when you have to sign. Because either they knock on the door and leave immediately, it is difficult to wait for what time they come.
