These guys are very fast. They checked everything. I went in when it was about 100 degrees and they were polite and easy to talk to. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

First visit. Great experience. I decided to go really quick because I have been pushing off getting my oil change, came across Express lube and decided to go check it out. Glad I did! I was greeted right away! Very friendly! For it being 5 pm, I was expecting it to be busy and having to wait but got in right away. Seriously only took maybe 10 minutes for them to change my oil and check everything. I got my recommendations on what needed to be replaced. They thoroughly explained everything to me. For being a female I definitely didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Was told a price up front and that's what I paid. No hidden fees or extra. Overall really impressed and happy that I went. Highly recommend!

My check engine light came on suddenly while I was traveling from out of town for a doctor's appointment in Fresno. After my appointment my wife found Express Lube in Clovis as the closest auto shop. I called before hand and was told to come right over. Once I got there we were greeted by Gabriel and explained the situation. He thoroughly explained what he would do to see where the problem might be and kept me informed along the way of each process. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained in layman's terms. While Gabriel was checking out the engine, Eddie was cleaning the windows and another team member was checking all the tire pressures. The coolant was completely dry and the oil was extremely low. Gabriel explained the process he would be taking and the cost associated with each process and type of oil I could choose from and he let me decide what I wanted to do. He also mentioned future potential issues that could wait for now but to keep my eye on in the future and he gave me quotes for these items. At no time was there any pressure sale on any items. The shop floor was clean, the waiting area was spacious, had a/c, clean and organized, complimentary container water and coffee. My wife complimented AZ, another team member, how clean, nice and spacious the bathroom was from a woman's point of view. We also noticed how the team members interacted with other clients, explaining the process and potential issues and if the client wanted anything done today. Again, at no time was there a pressure sale. We would highly recommend Clovis at Willow, Express Lube. Under the leadership management of Mau, shop manager, the entire team, Gabriel, AZ, Eddie, Tim, David, Anthony, and others (I don't recall their names) were all professional and friendly. Extremely pleased with the experience and the charges were reasonable and told in advance, there were no surprises.

Do NOT take your vehicle here!!! They took advantage of my son and when he left the bill was over $500. When I called to discuss the situation Gabriel just kept saying we recommend and he approved. My son just got his drivers license and is in high school so of course he approved he doesn’t know any better. Then they took payment over the phone and didn’t disclose any of the charges or what they did so I was under the assumption It was just an oil change as I sent him in for. Beware of the scams of this place

Went in for an oil change on a regular Camry and asked for the non synthetic full oil change. He informed me that it will be $95 and wrote "$95" on a paper. When I told him no it's $52 on your website he informs me that "prices went up". Scam artists and thieves. I don't recommend anyone going there. They lie and up charge from the posted price. Why list the prices on your website if you can't honor the price?!?!

I would definitely get my oil changed here if I didn't have my own mechanic for over twenty years. I'm there delivery driver who brings all of there supplies.

Great oil shop , great service techs and awesome management definitely recommend this shop especially after working here as an employee they are thorough despite what some broke , miserable people might say about their work, Express Lube is very professional and patient ... For the people who get upset about techs asking if you want to replace an air filter , its just their job don't be so aggro with them these people intend to perform proficient work with best of intentions , also if your gonna cry about toping your engine coolant for 5$ maybe you should ride a bike everywhere and work on them legs cause youll need some strong ones for when someone makes you their (Female dog in heat) enjoy people of the central valley.

Honestly, go somewhere else. They performed a routine oil change. Immediately following the oil change i experienced a massive oil leak and so we went back to have them make sure my drain plug was fitted properly. They looked at it and claimed nothing was wrong and refused to take accountability. They instructed us to go to the dealership because they blamed the transmission. The dealership said nothing was wrong with my transmission that it was the oil drain plug, so they fixed it and now theres not a leak. I called express lube back to request a refund for the oil change they performed since all my oil leaked out and they said they would give us a refund. But when we returned to get the refund, all of a sudden they refused to give it to us and went back ok their word. Dont come here. they tried to pull the "oh were just a family owned business we care about our customers" but theyre just out for your money and refusing to take accountability for a problem they caused on my car.

Provided me a quote for the job I requested for. I even uploaded a picture of the issue. When I took my car in, the price became double. Not sure why an accurate quote wasn't given. I think communication isn't that great. May be they have to ask the customer to bring the car in so a quote can be provided.
