I was given a car that had half a tank of gas. I later noticed it had a low tire and low keys batteries. I could not get a hold of anyone regarding these issues because it was after hours. I went in their office the next morning and they offered me to take their car to get the tire fixed however, I was not going to waste more of my time to go get their car fixed so they offered me another car. I told the attendant the gas in the car that I am returning is just under full as I had already put gas in it before I noticed the low tire. He stated they could not refund gas or put it towards another car. Only after I asked to speak with their manager he was willing to work with me regarding the gas.

Service so good! In and out.Site does not have or offer public bathrooms!This is a big enough concern for ladies in particular to call your attention to this.Enterprise should visit Europe for a solution.Car was fine.

I frequently rent from other Enterprise locations and I recently had the displeasure of renting a vehicle at this location for the first time. I’ve never had any complaints with other Enterprise locations but I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with this one to caution potential customers. My interaction with this company was not only disappointing but also reflective of a profound lack of professionalism and transparency.I rented a vehicle on a Thursday with a return set for Saturday. Realizing I would be arriving to town slightly later than expected Saturday I called to inquire about returning the rental at the time of their closing. Understanding the importance of clear communication, I explicitly asked if there would be any issues or additional charges for returning the car at their closing hour. The representative on the phone assured me that it would be perfectly fine to return the car at that time and confirmed that there would be no extra charges as long as the car was returned while staff was still at the location.Relying on this information, I planned accordingly and returned the car exactly at the closing time. I assumed everything was in order, as there were no immediate indications of any problems. However, to my surprise, I later found they had charged me for an extra 2 days.Upon receiving the bill, I realized that despite the assurance given over the phone, the company had gone ahead and charged me the extra 2 days anyway, DOUBLE what I had initially been quoted. This not only felt like a breach of trust but also a clear case of miscommunication within the company. The person I had spoken to on the phone had either been misinformed or had failed to communicate this information to the relevant department.The extra charges seemed to be an unjust penalty for a situation that I had taken the care to clarify in advance. It was a frustrating experience that highlighted the company's lack of coordination and accountability, and it raises serious questions about their customer service ethics.Lastly, the lack of accountability from the staff was astonishing. When confronted with these issues, their response was that no one ever spoke to me on the phone about returning the vehicle. I even made it a point to tell them exactly what time I called but I was still met with the obviously false objection that no one ever spoke to me. There was a clear absence of customer service skills, and at no point did anyone take responsibility for apparently giving me misinformation or offer a solution to rectify their mistakes. It was a classic case of passing the buck, with no one willing to address the errors made on their part. Instead they found it more convenient to charge me for an extra couple of days when that vehicle had already been returned.My experience with Enterprise Clovis was marred by unfair extra charges, miscommunication, seemingly deceptive practices, and a total lack of accountability. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other more reputable locations to avoid the frustration and disappointment I endured. This location’s conduct is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust and confidence consumers should have in a rental service provider.

It was a hard time for me cause they stole my car but thank you the the workers at enterprise, they made the process so easy and smooth. I appreciate all the help you guys help me with thank you enterprise at Shaw.

I rent often from here and each time the service is great! It is very convenient that they have after hours drop off instead of having to deal with renting from the airport just because of the extended hours!This past time I rented, Sam helped me. He was exceptionally kind, understanding, and embodied great customer service! The vehicle I selected online said “Toyota Corolla or similar” and the last time I had selected that they gave me a Kia soul which was horrid! So uncomfortable, so much road noise, it was awful. This time, Sam had also mentioned he’d be putting me in a Kia soul… with hesitation, I asked if there was any other car available because of my experience the prior time; he happily and without any regard, got me into a different vehicle. The process is always quick, efficient, and easy at this location; but I appreciate Sam for going above and beyond!

Andrew was a breath of fresh air to work with. He made it such a great experience in helping me get the best price. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see. Never tried to talk me into anything. You cannot beat Enterprise for the best deal and people!

This Enterprise Location is one of thee best. I have an great experience and help from most of the Workers there, Josue, Jose, Emily, Noah, Chase and Sam always get me in and out fast and have great customer service. Every time I go there I look forward to seeing one of them I have much respect for all of them I always leave with a smile on my face and a great car ?.
