The customer service is top tier especially hunter on Herndon I can call him anytime they are available for quick questions and just knows what to do every time , on top of that if I ever do need to bring in my pc they keep me updated with what’s going on and how long it will take maximum I’ve waited for a repair is 2 days! I’m beyond thankful for Herndon team you are amazing hunter also the girl receptionist upfront forgot her name but thank you guys for being awesome well knowledge and friendly nothing but love for you guys and thank you for taking care of my pc ??”
