I recently went to the Dollar Tree store at Herndon/Willow and encountered a rude cashier. The cashier was reading a long list of unknown items on a sheet of paper and didn't look up me once during the entire transaction. She continued to read her list while scanning items and while asking if I wanted a bag or a receipt. She didn't even look up when she said "thank you" following my purchases. Not good customer service etiquette! One star for service. I was able to find all items I needed.

A nice place to pick up household items for cheap. Well organized and easy to find items in categories for your shopping convenience. Everything you can find at other stores, you can usually find here.

Came in the store today on 9/27/23 at 5:52 PM. The cashier was slow, high( you can smell the stench of weed) and in a crop top. She should be dress coded and sent home. Never been to a Dollartree that allows that from the employees. I come frequently in the morning. That cashier is always helpful and speedy. I hope this is seen by management and a corrective behavior is given.

It wasn't bad I just could not find a 2023 calendar I know there only a few months left but was hopping to find one they use for school but cashier was really nice and the store was clean

Literally rn 9:35am: I really like this store. Except today, one associate gave me good customer service (she was really nice/helpful). I wish I wouldn't have over heard her conversation with another (make) employee. His words were "she should come back when she knows the name of the item she's looking for". That was so rude. I wish I had the courage to have told him in his face, but it's whatever.

What a nice Dollar Tree! Really organized, safe and clean! Practiced too! Impressed! I had to get Sweetie a new toy. She has had too much fun with her old one. It's worn out. I also got peeps. They have a large variety of flavors. Got berry! Yum! Also got crispy jalapeños for salads, Cracker Jacks & hand sanitizer. The worker was very kind and welcoming at checkout. Great service and great Dollar Tree! Highly recommended!

Super disappointed today! Actually frustrated. Definitely a ZERO! I walked in and was literally putting things in my basket. I don't see anyone at the register, but hear employees talking so didn't think anything of it. While shopping, another customer must've walked into the door greeted with "We're closed!" by one of the associates. Then from afar, asking the other employees, "Who didn't lock the door?" I hear all of this and walked over to the entrance to ask if they were closed and that I saw it's suppose to close at 9 P.M. online. The guy tells me, "Yeah, but I have a sign and we close at 6 P.M. today." Mind you this was after 8 P.M. and me walking inside for 5 whole minutes!!! They had no idea I was in there. And after know another customer just walked in didn't even bother to see if there were others?! And was going to lock the door? I already had stuff in the basket and had to walk out empty handed because they were closed?! Seriously, didn't even at least offer to help me when I already did some shopping and you're 2 hours late of locking up. Smh! Worse service ever!

Came in today . Had never had trouble there. Before. Ready to check out. Register 1 had light on. Employee was not near register. Finally saw another register with one customer. Light was off. Employee named Jessica didn't even call long line at register 1 over. When she waited on my father who is 89 yrs. old he explained how no one was at other register. She told him off and threw him out of line. She has no manners whatsoever and should not be working in retail. I used to work retail if my store manager had ever seen me start a fight with a customer I would have been fired on the spot. She is a disgrace.
