I called to get a quote, which is pretty standard. They refused to give me one. I told them I would understand if more cost would be added based on parts needed and they still refused to give a quote saying that they don't want to set an expectation. Meaning, you have other customers who have already complained about being quoted one price and charged another. Then you want to charge $350 for diagnostic, which you will not roll into cost of repair, when an authorized Maserati mechanics in Walnut Creek, and Los Angeles charge $299 and roll into repair. It's not about cost with me it's about service and trust and I can tell from conversations with multiple people I spoke to that they are not the most trustworthy group.

Mario worked on my car and got a lot done in a few days. The team is efficient- the process of breaking down the services and fees is interesting- all electronic as they send you pictures of the parts that need fixing in your car along with the pricing of the services and you decide if you want to approve it then and there or decline the service. The technician also calls you and goes over anything you want to discuss in the review.
I felt safe there as a woman and will go back in the future.

I seriously thought I was broken down, low fuel light, couldn't put 5 gallon of gas in my GMC 1500. After chasing the problem for a couple of months these guys had the 1 day fix with tech to back it up. When you chase a problem and watch YouTube too much call these guys ! Been taking my 79 Trans Am to dicks automotive after sitting in a garage for 13 yrs from oil and transmission leaks to heater core and carburetor on a 6.6 liter engine among a number of other major repairs couldn't be happier with their service and also with Nate and Grant it runs great thank you very much
