Great experience. Front desk lady is so sweet and easy to communicate with. The guy is soooo helpful as well. They make a great team and I appreciated all of their information as this was my first time using a storage unit. Clean nice grounds too, you can tell they really do care about this. Easy location too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They were very helpful and explained everything to me. They called around to other sites to see if they had the storage I needed. None of the others had the exact storage size I needed. This site had a temperature controlled that was what I ended up renting. After all papers were signed, they showed me to the location of my unit. Thanks so much for being professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.?

My mother died in June 2021, she had two storage units and I was only aware of one of them. In August 2021 they sent me a notice of Lien Sale and when I called they said they only way I could get my mother’s belongings, is to pay him the $179. He even had the audacity to ask me if I had any emotional tie to the stuff in the storage unit and then told me we could “work something out”. This is insane, especially since my mother also had a storage unit at the Sunnyside location and when she passed I just showed my ID and they said they were sorry for my loss and let me take her stuff no problem. This location seems to be pretty money hungry to hold a dead woman’s last earthly belongings hostage from her only child for little $179. Such a sad day for humanity.

I have been here for a little over two years now and I love it. The units are spacious and hold about everything you could possibly want to store. I have a giant unit, but they have small ones also. There are boats and RVs stored here also. The entire Derrel's chain is awesome.
If I could get them to change one thing, it would be the days you cannot get into the unit. Last year on the 4th we realized all of our coolers where in storage, and at Christmas my wife was looking for something she needed and it was in storage, but they were closed. While I understand the supervision and giving the team a day off here and there, it makes it difficult when you know where it is and you cannot get to it.
Long and short of it, if you're good with not being able to get in a few days a year, and/or you plan ahead like a good human being, then this is the place to store you stuff. Just be careful, you might start small but pretty soon you realize you need more space.

I needed a storage unit and the staff at this location were so helpful as I completed the process of renting one. The facility is clean and has excellent security. I look forward to getting things moved in to my new unit.
