I have two units there! A food truck and a container! I must say that the management there is top notch! Always meticulous, clean and more importantly safe! The gentleman there, Steve, always goes in length to explain the details especially about safety and follow through with you about them! Because I have a food truck, I did need some accommodations and Steve was happy to accommodate me even though he did not have to!
Their new containers are the best at Derrel's because no dust can come inside the units! My appliances can go terribly bad if dust gets collected there but with those new units it is almost impossible to get dust in there! Which is the reason why I transferred my equipment from one Derrel's storage to this one since the other unit did not have a dust proof container!

Stephan is number one when it comes to customer service! He was helpful, kind, and very instructive in the process of renting a parking space for my utility trailer and storage unit. Even helped me find a drive through trailer space, as I'm inexperienced at backing up. Thank you Stephan! Your dedication and care was much appreciated! :)
