Hours on the door said closes at 6pm the door was locked at 5pm and the lady inside just waved at me and said sorry!!

The flowers look nice but they didn't deliver the ones I ordered, they just gave a completely different bouquet. Also some of the flowers don't look like they are in good shape. For the prices you'd think that they would make sure to get the orders right and only choose flowers of adequate quality.

I called long distance for a floral arrangement for my sister I spoke with Stephanie I ordered a plant to send my sister fir condolences. They sent a beautiful peace Lilly with carnations. The plant was full and healthy. I highly recommend this floral shop. Thank you so much D & L!!! Two thumbs up .

Stephanie at the Clovis, CA store was INCREDIBLY helpful! She was EXTREMELY busy with orders for Prom. Even though she was completely booked and not taking anymore orders....she still managed to make a corsage for my daughter! I am VERY GRATEFUL that she was so accommodating and offered EXCELLENT customer service! The corsage she made was PERFECT!! THANK YOU Stephanie for going above and beyond for my daughter!!!

We ordered a wristlet corsage for my daughter. There were three options to choose from. I specifically requested two roses. And, I also had the ability to choose the ribbon color. This corsage was perfect! My daughter's delicate wrist needed a small corsage. Customer service was excellent. The product was ready on time. The price was fantastic. We will come back to this business again.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Monday. Changed 1 day to Tuesday delivery am (morning). Delivered to wrong location...even though it said name of place. Surprise ruined. Flowers still not delivered it is now 1:15. Wife was on lunch. Communication was not good and very disappointed.....not sure if management changed. I can assure I will never order from d & l again. I would rather plant my own flowers and grow myself. $102...what a waste. Even gave notes to Stephanie with numbers to reach in case of any confusion. Smh

Sent flowers to a special someone and the customer service and detail was amazing never sent flowers before the the woman one the phone helped me out with the arrangement and prices were fair and reliever was timely! I would definitely use there services again in the future.
