The pharmacist technician was so rude slamming the drawer of the drive up window! She talked to us like we were beneath her! When asked for manager another technician came to window & was rude as well. Call the store manager & a associate answered was rude also. Apparently they don’t care if you had a good customer service experience. Unfortunately I have to go to CVS but will not go to that one! Plus the drive up window is filthy with dirt & spider webs!

CVS continues to upgrade their store and their staff is quick to help. I enjoy shopping at CVS and appreciate the continued upgrades to make our shopping experience pleasant.

I went to get my prescription after leaving the doctors office and I was surprised that they had it already filled and the information of my new insurance carrier, in the past it would have been a long waiting time. The technician was very nice and helpful also.

This pharmacy is terrible. I've been getting the same prescription for the past 16 years and this pharmacy continues to mess with me. This last time was the last straw. I received my medicine and half of the capsules were halfway full. I realize there's nothing I can do because they can simply say that I took some of the medicine or someone close to me took some of my medicine but that's not the case. It just sucks to have something prescribed to you and then they want to cheat you out of your proper dosage.

Incompetent. Deal with them and find out why. Never have anything ready, they'll tell you your script is ready and then you show up and they have no record of it. Completely incompetent.

Very rude pharmacy staff and pharmacists. I finally, after a couple of years of putting up with their rudeness, called CVS corporate. They found another CVS, where they, all, treat me with kindness and respect.

I came to CVS in Clovis off Ashlan as I was filling an order for Instacart around March 2021. Inside the shop they were administering the COVID-19 which the store was busy than usual. I really don't come to CVS as I mostly shop at legit stores if I need to and really don't need prescription medications as I go to Kaiser but as a Instacart shopper as my side gig it is nice to shop for other people!Anywho, the store was clean and organized and I felt this location was huge. They had a little bit of everything from clothes, make-up, food, alcohol, medicine and much more. I had to interact with staff a lot due to difficulties locating products or out of stock products.The staff was hands down so helpful and I whole heartedly felt like they wanted to help me out and took their time or even checked their inventory. I was in the store about 30 minutes total which went by fast!!Check out was mostly the longest as there was a line as there we're workers on the floor helping customers and one checking people out. The check out lady was a young girl and we had a lovely conversation on my side gig so it was nice to be helped and hopefully help her too on my personal shopping side hussle.Lastly, I only have positive things to say about this location and definitely would love to go back in a heart beat!! It was nice to go to a different store for a change even though it wasn't for me but definitely will stop in periodically if they have any sales going on!!Make sure to sign up their rewards program! I'm all about saving money and earning points or rewards to save more money!! A win win in my Princess pocket book!!

Masks worn by workers and required! I went in to get sweet and lo and laundry detergent. It's very convenient to walk in, get what you need and leave while also looking around a little bit. I walked in and the store is very clean and well taken care of! Great music playing! They have their Easter section up and there's a bunch of great Easter stuff! I spotted the individual Reese's white chocolate packs and had to get one too after picking up the sweet and lo and laundry detergent. They have self check out and I planned on doing that, but it was having issues giving me a discount on the sweet and lo from an attached coupon so the very nice worker said she would be happy to check me out instead. I got the sweet and lo discount at check out and the great worker wished me a good day! They also have deals everywhere as you look around. It's pretty great! =) Fantastic service and store! Recommended!
