I didn't have the greatest experience today. There were two ladies doing a Revlon makeup reset. One of the ladies was pretty rude to the gentleman that asked her a question before me and then when I asked a question she said "this is our business right here. You have to go to the counter and ask for help". I thought when you work somewhere good customer service is extended to all customers and throughout the whole store. I guess my expectations and hers is very different.

I started using this particular CVS after leaving Kaiser. From the start staff were very helpful and accommodating to RX's brought over by Kaiser and continued to work between previous drs of the HMO and new physicians. Having been a longtime LONGS DRUGS customer and recognizing a couple employees from other stores I appreciated the personal touches to their service. I have many complicated prescriptions and have had a painful condition since childhood that has caused me to have multiple surgeries and changes in my prescriptions. Sami has always helped while I was dealing with serious medical conditions and adjusting to medications. Whenever I've had questions he takes the time to help. And when it comes time for immunizations he always reminds me and keeps me up to date. Unfortunately when Sami was away for a few months, or not on shift, things are far from easy. In fact I've commented to Bushra that it doesn't feel like some staff are our health advocates like they once were. And since Aetna and CVS have become one, more often than not I've had my health jeopardized and my dr made to jump through unnecessary hoops where they contradict one another causing confusion and further decline of my health. Amir makes snap judgements without ever trying to know what may be going on. For example, after having a heart attack then two weeks later getting a cancer diagnosis, he arbitrarily refused to fill a new Rx for five days that my dr instructed filled on that day. I'd like to think had he communicated with me he would have understood and issue would have been resolved. But to date there are few examples of caring. I keep hoping that this adjustment phase will end and this pharmacy can get back to enjoying the reputation they had when Sami was manager. Furthermore, it should be said that I pass at least five other pharmacies just to go this store. The people are friendly and I love the new layout. But honestly, if not for Sami and a couple other clerks, I wouldn't go out of my way. And if rating store on Sami alone I'd give a five star rating. But when acknowledging the other pharmacists I have to go with a three.

There are at least 6 other CVS locations between my house and this one, but I make the longer drive because the pharmacy is great. I was prescribed a med that no other locations near me had on hand (or could figure out how to get it in a timely manner) a couple years ago so it was suggested that I try this location. They filled my prescription that I was beginning to think was almost impossible immediately with no confusion, excuses or waiting for it to come in. I literally told the pharmacy tech that I loved her once I had it in my hands because I was so happy and relieved to not have to deal with the runaround I got from my usual location. I continued to come here and have gotten great service from most of the other techs too over the years. But Sami....I don't even know where to start. He is the kindest, gentlest, most helpful person ever. Never in my life have I had a pharmacist who even had a clue who I was. He knows me by name and even remembers the medicines I take and conversations he's had with my doctors from months ago. I got all my COVID and flu shots from him and just being able to talk to him for a few minutes literally makes getting jabbed a pleasant experience. I'm sure he is extremely busy and under a lot of pressure just like the other locations seem to be, but he doesn't let that stop him from treating his customers with the care and respect they deserve. I was smiling while reading the other reviews because so many other people have given him a shout out. The great job he does deserves to be recognized.

Sami is the greatest. He has gone out of his way to offer service and solve problems. All the best to him. How lucky we customers have been to benefit from his expertise and kindness.

This is definitely one of the better CVS stores around! Always willing to check customers out at the registers instead of only having self checkout available, and friendly staff as well. Liam in the front was willing to do a workaround for a digital coupon that would not attach for some reason.I haven't used the pharmacy here but I would certainly use this location as opposed to others after reading the pharmacy reviews here.

After a long frustrating experience with this pharmacy I attempted to discuss it with the pharmacy manager, Amir. The situation was unresolved and actually exacerbated by Amir. His lack of customer service resolution coupled by his condescending attitude was unacceptable. He needs to be counseled and won’t be dispensing any drugs to my family or contacts. His behavior was on display for his staff and he should be embarrassed. Shame on you CVS, your representative failed multiple times.

This company sent me 3 texts over the weekend updating the status of 4 new prescriptions called in by my physician, and still could not get it right! The pharmacist in charge, (long scraggly hair) doubles down and defends the incorrect/misleading information sent to me by the automated CVS app. He further defended his rude Pharm. Tech. who basically called me a liar for telling her I received a Sunday text stating the meds being available. AND FINALLY, beware this company putting medication on auto refill when I NEVER authorized it! This ALL could have been avoided had AMIR been open enough to listen and acknowledge the MUTIPLE failures in this experience... instead AMiR is condescending, rude and has ZERO customer service skills. From what I have read I am not the only customer that has experienced him. BTW, this is the pharmacy we have used since it was a Long's Drugs and I have received nothing but kindness and informed help from SAMI, for this reason I will continue to shop with CVS but will not deal with AMIR again!

My grandmother had a wonderful experience with the manager, Sami Mitri. She says he always finds a way to help customers so that they consistently leave fully satisfied. She insisted that I write a review as a way to thank him for his hard work. Very impressed!

I went today to get my booster shot. they were very helpful. the pharmacist Kristina was professional and gentle when giving the shot. i would highly recommend anyone to visit this location and ask for her

Sami is a great pharmacist! He took the time to acknowledge our kids who were nervous, and provided us with all information while getting the vaccines! I highly recommend this location!

Amir has no customer service skills and is incompetent as a pharmacist. If you need to pick up a new prescription at this location and have questions you are better off using google than seeking his advice. If he has advice to give at all, it will be inaccurate.
