I have yet to have any of the issues listed in previous reviews at this location. In my experience, the staff has been courteous and polite. They fill my Rx's quickly and efficiently. I get a text when they receive a new Rx and another when it is ready to be picked up. It might have something to do with having a CVS account, which makes everything infinitely easier.

Just a heads up.... If you make an appointment for the new COVID shot you might want to call ahead as they are using up their available doses on walk ins.Other than that this CVS is great and the Pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful.

Pharmacy and store staff Kathy C. Is always helpful and congenial . I have never left the store unhappy with the service and the store is always clean.

I have used CVS pharmacy for many years, in different cities and across the United States and it's typically the same... they are not friendly, they don't care to help their customers with a caring attitude. They are defensive and combative, which is very interesting considering how many different CVS pharmacies I have used in my years. Do they TRAIN their pharmacists to behave without compassion? I have been forced to use them for my dogs prescription which is not available anywhere else. Sadly, my dog is on her way out. On that note... good riddance CVS PHARMACY! Looking forward to never doing business with y'all ever again. See you never.

Checking this place out and need to get polish to make my nails look better! Lol! Clean, safe and practiced. A worker was kind and greeted. They have tons of different polishes. Found a good color. Self checkout and go. Good service and store. Recommended!

Worst CVS experience ever Walked in no greeting at all but cashier & manager seem very friendly from just passing & hearing of a conversation as I waited in line everything was great literally the two guest were treated so politely but when I got to the register the young man whole demeanor changed really didn't care to talk to me or help me understand the coupon I was trying to use just kept repeating (OMG NOW I HAVE TO VOID THIS AND THAT JUST CONSISTENT COMPLAINING) I was still being very polite didn't let it bother me literally only asked him 2 questions about the coupon which I was trying to use & he was just rude smh manager did try to smooth it out in a way but I just my left my things & left

I've repeatedly had problems at this location and it's really disappointing. I'm not one to be rude or write negative reviews but trying to refill in a timely manner is impossible. I try my best to have my prescription refills sent in a week or two early and I have to continue to call to see if they've even been refilled, only to have the staff be incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. It's really disheartening to try so hard to get the prescriptions necessary to function on a day to day basis only to be treated so rudely by those who are tasked to dispense it to you. I'm just sad with the way I've been treated at this point and I wish that the staff would be more considerate towards those who use this location.

I have been stuck in the middle of the pharmacy drive thru line for 30 minutes and it has not moved one car!! I can't even get out of the line and go home.I have a car full of groceries in my trunk!!I hate this pharmacy and will change after thisI finally was able to get out of the line after 40 minutes! The car holding up the line was still waiting. I was able to leave because a car in front of me also left!I came home without my husband's pain meds. They should have asked the driver of the first car to come inside or pull into a parking spot until they could sort out the problem. I told my husband to start filling his prescriptions at Walmart!!!

Worst place ever .... Not the first time but the 2nd time this happen !!! Don't know why but they had sent a via text saying that our medication was ready and we didn't pick it up till 1 hour later. When we got there we waited in line for 30 mins and when we tried to pick up our medication they told us it wasn't ready and come back in one hour. Like why say our medication was ready when it wasnt ... such a waste of time

When calling in, they are very dismissive and rude. I got hung up on 3 times. Low people skills over the phone. In person not so bad, but it's a real ordeal trying to talk to them over the phone. Man I thought Walgreens was bad, but I might have to go back to them.

So frustrating that they don't let you know which line is which. My Covid testing was at 4:10pm got here at 3:15pm and now it's 4:26 and I'm still in line because I had to go back in the right lane. I would of been done already but now I'm here for over a fucking hour. Wtf place a big sign that states which line is what. So fucking annoying!!!

Visited today with a 30% off coupon and when checking out I was informed the coupon # did not match my CVS number my cell phone # the coupon had an unknown number but our name and address!Basically told it was up to me to contact Corporate and have number corrected my response not interested or did I have the time and indicted I would not be purchasing items . The manager then walked over saying there was nothing they could do but reluctantly agreed to recheck items with discount with a total S !!! attitude will not be back . Walgreens on Fowler always friendly and courteous!!

WARNING Do NOT use this CVS "Minute Clinic" for your mandatory COVID test for travel to Hawaii. Hawaii unfortunately has a select list of "approved partners" that are the only places they'll approve your test from. CVS is unfortunately one of them. Per Hawaii's rules, you cannot get your test any sooner than 72H before your departing flight. CVS says testing turnaround times are 1-2 days, but it's been 3.5 and one of my friends never got his back in time and therefore could not go. The "clinic" was absolutely useless when I called in a panic today before the flight trying to figure out what's going on and instead gave me an automated number that just hangs up on you when you try to get a real person. They do not run the tests themselves, they send them to LabCorp, who also were useless when I spent hours on the phone today trying to track down his test. So instead of going to Hawaii, my friend is out $125 for his test at CVS and had to get his flight refunded. Absolutely ridiculous that CVS is even an "approved partner" if they can't even get their tests done in time. I will be trying to get a refund but honestly I doubt I'll even be able to get ahold of anyone.
