First of all, this is the second time you sent a survey about a store. I’ve never been to. I use the one on Herndon and Fresno. All prices are way way way too high. If not for my prescription drug coverage being through CVS, I would never ever shop there. Sorry, but it’s true. Thank you for letting me share this.

They close the drive thru pharmacy EARLY I was at the drive thru window and it was 8:45 I could see them but they ignored me it says on the window that the pharmacy is open until 9 they might be working until 9 but They do not stay open until nine very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL is it really that hard to stay open until 9 like it says on the window?

I have visited this store frequently for at least 6 years. I can honestly say I've always had a great experience. Every employee there has offered nothing but great hospitality. They genuinely do care about "us" the consumers.If people have a bad experience, it could possibly be that they've walked in with negative energy because I cannot see any of the employees there being anything other than extremely helpful.The store is nice and clean which makes it a pleasant shopping experience.Hope everyone finds what they are looking for ?

Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. Accepted a prescription they didn't have and then wouldn't help find a replacement or other store that would be able to fill it and acted like I was a bother meanwhile I literally couldn't see out of one of my eyes and had burns all over my face. On top of this the store hours are wrong and after reading other reviews I'm realizing have been wrong for over 2 years now. Incredibly unprofessional unhelpful and disappointing. I hope whoever is in charge of this place is fired asap cause they clearly can't manage a store

Google has the wrong information. My father unexpectedly died and our family needed to print pictures for the service. Google states that it is 24 hours and that pictures could be picked up late at night. Google also states that the store is open at 7 AM. All of this information is an error. The one store is not rating the store, but the Google’s posted info.-

They were Closed at 10:30p & Google maps showed open till 12am, but Wrong their frontdoor posted hours shows they close at 9am
