Costco here is generally good, but the tire center check in and out is a joke. Waited in line an hour just to drop off for a tire change and that's was with an appointment.

Their optical center is a joke. They changed from their "pull a ticket" method to checking in with your phone. So you can only imagine that a competent young person who does things how they want is constantly getting cut in line by elderly people. Whoever made these decisions is completely out of touch with thinking elderly people know how to operate the new check in system.

Closer to home. Alor of seafood option when it hits the sales floor. Love variety of meats with label date of package, big plus. 4 stars cause they dont have alot diapering brands variety options.

First time at the bakery ordering a cake. Filled out information and asked for a theme on my form for my granddaughters 7 th birthday party. They did a nice job and wow so fresh. I purchased and added to the cake from decoration from smazon.

Hate this Costco so much. People are inconsiderate as heck they'll cut you off or just stop in the middle of a busy aisle with no room to get around them. I've been there twice against my will and wanted to throw hands with so many old people

I wanted to go to an associate rather than self check out, because I enjoy people. But after today, watching the Caucasian, thin, middle-aged man judge everyone who is coming through his lane, rather than greet them with kindness, I would've much rather gone to the self check out. I was having a great day too. My great day turned sour when I went through this man's lane at Costco. Super unfriendly to everyone and checks everyone's ID with disbelief- I'm not kidding... not only the people on front of me, but I waited and saw him judge the people behind me too! Associate who scrutinizes people checking out, if you're reading this, try kindness. You have a greater effect on people than you realize. Oh, and if you're unhappy at your job, try something that's not in Customer Service! I'll be going elsewhere

This is the worst Costco in Fresno for service. We visited in the evening so it wouldn't be too busy, and like clockwork, it wasn't that busy. After shopping for our things, we paid and then got in line at the Customer Service desk. We patiently waited. A lady walked in from outside and went up to the counter, where one employee instructed her to come wait behind the yellow line, exactly where we were standing. The customer was very courteous and asked if we were in line. We told her yes and she got behind us. Another customer came in from outside and waited right behind a customer who was already there and being helped by a different employee. Then he was promptly helped next. Then another 2 customers walked right past all of us in line to the same exact employee who just told the nice lady to wait by the yellow line. That employee started helping those customers, never acknowledging us in line. I don't know if the customers are being jerks, I wouldn't put it past anyone from Fresno to act like that, but it IS the responsibility of the employees to make sure customers are treated fairly, and today that did not happen. Fix this! We left without getting our help, and we left very angry. :(

It's like many locations. We've noticed more produce originates from Mexico and Peru, and other overseas locations. We want USA produced foods.

Wow! What awesome customer service from Costco Tire Center! Thank you to the Manager, Justin, whose customer service was the best I've ever encountered! He was knowledgeable and helpful, but he had such a great attitude answering my questions. So glad I decided to try Costco this morning (this was an emergency as we are leaving town but needed new tires on the car, first.) And thanks to the whole team that had my car ready so fast I'm still in shock! :)

Everyone working there is very cool with customers, I KNOW they're underpaid. Seriously, there's a lot of rude behavior from staff at other Costco's, a bit of discriminatory behavior regarding their gift cards or other forms of payment. Not this one, not once have I witnessed anything other than stellar folks busting their humps and then going the extra mile to be very friendly That goes for every single department, nothing but machine like speed and precision and still be hella cool with a whole lot of people who may or may not show them the same respect They stay stocked up on stuff we like, got a lot of autistic folk in this household, consistency is a big deal for us and this Costco has it. The cheap gas and all the money we save on the basic necessities alone pays for the membership. Today I went there and did a bit of shopping then got a coffee at the snack bar. Got out the door and those yellow bumps knocked my coffee out the cart ultimately it's my fault but they replaced it for me very quickly and they had really no reason or obligation to. Thank you and my apologies for the coffee spill

12/21/23 Checking it out! Safe, clean & practiced! Greeted by nice worker upon entering, showed my card and wished well! Definitely holiday time and oh my goodness, really packed! Lord of different deals! Everywhere! Really, A LOT to check out! Especially since they have everything! Ended up getting Extra Crunchy peanut butter, of course in a ginormous 2 pack! Great deal! Also bought wine for Christmas Eve! They have a large variety! More Great deals! Liked the name...Dynamite Merlot! Winner! Checked out after and the worker was kind and offered if I wanted to add to my order with something from the food court. Didn't even know you could do that. Planned on it anyways. Got the chicken bake too. Good service & Great Costco! Highly recommended!

Wow, I cannot stand coming to this Costco and I will definitely stick with my regular Costco on Abby. The cashier, SOTERO G. was super rude. He asked for my id and a second form of id because the picture on my card didn't look like me. Duh, the picture is in black and white. Maybe when they scan it, my picture should pop up on their screen. I asked for two separate transactions because I was buying for my household and I making a dish for a holiday party that my family are splitting up the bill. He said I can come back tomorrow to purchase the second set of items I need. I have never had to do that before. No one has ever given me problems with my id or separate transactions. I sure did get back in line and bought my second set of stuff. Maybe he should work in the back where he doesn't deal with customers.

You want better service then go to the one on Abby! This is why it's Clovis, rude and disrespectful employees. From the self checkout to grabbing my pizza was nothing but a shitload of a mess. The guy at self checkout seen that my hands were full so I could not pull my Costco card out to show him, dropped everything to the floor and had him help me pick them up. That served him right. Next up, I had paid for my pizza before I did my shopping so that way when I'm done the pizza would be ready. After 30 mins of shopping I'd figure it'll be done by now. NOPE! James needs to work on his customer service hence he's been there since 2015! Helped 2 people in front of me then left to do whatever he needs and does not come back to the counter. After 10 mins I asked the young lady that was working at the next counter and she had to ask James for permission to hand me my pizza. I guess he had to determine if I had waited long enough before giving her the ok to give me my pizza. Stay away from the food counter if you're absolute not patient!

A grown woman kept trying to cut in front of me while I was waiting in line for a slice of pizza that actually tasted worse than Little Caesar's. Trying to get out of the parking lot was a F-ing nightmare.
