I took my vacuum in stating that the suction when the brush roller is off is not optimal. They took a look at it, gave me a new filter for free, and stated that should help and that there is nothing wrong with my vacuum cleaner. I really appreciated the free filter, and I also liked the fact that they were honest with me and didn’t just try to charge me the repair cost of $85 when they saw nothing wrong with it.

I brought my old vacuum in for repair. I've taken it other places but the repair guy not only fixed my problem but fixed another issue with my vacuum that no other shop had addressed. Very good service. They sell nice vacuums as well but didn't pressure me to buy something newer. Highly recommend.

A great store with good people running it. They earn their money, and give you a little more than you thought you would get. Not many stores have that down home attitude toward their customers. They take care of their customers like they take care of everything that they sell you. They will not leave you hanging, they strive to make their customers happy

Great service. They had the filters I Needed. Online vacuum parts was twice the price and 3 weeks to get filters. I know someone else that got their vacuum repaired here. The vacuum now works like new she says. Easy parking in front of store on Clovis ave

I feel mislead and I feel stupid. I'm 78 years old. I live in a single wide Mobil home. The Vacume I bought cost me $399.00. The vacume is a Riccar, it's an industrial / commercial. Why would I need that ? Also it was the floor model. No box, and used. NO Discount offered. My eureka. Was too heavy for me. I gave it to the owner. Who was my sales guy. In the first week I had to take it in for mechanical errors, I was told that the bag was warped. I called many times trying to get my tiny space vacumed. I had to buy a new vacume. I'm not HAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.
