This place just lost my business. My female Mal tore off her nail playing. Called and got same day appt only not to be seen. Had another appt which I stated over phone. Tech was rude. Sad I wonder if the Dr. knows what’s going on? Receptionist has nerve to ask me if I wanna reschedule! No thanks I’ll find someone else to see my dog that left in pain! Smh!

Initially I liked it here despite the fact that it is pretty pricey. I have spent a large amount of money here. I only say that to clarify that my anger and disgust is not about cost. I have had multiple issues with some of the vet techs. I specifically demanded that one from out of state was to never have contact with me or to come near my pets. This last mistake and the handling of it is it reprehensible. To sum it it. They failed to have my dog's paw print made when we made the difficult decision to let her go. They were dishonest when I called to confirmed that it was done. When I came for my remains they had me sit and wait in front of the room that is used to euthanize your pet so that I could sit there and relive that moment. Then once they figured out they had made the mistake of not getting the paw print, they made me wait in the same exam room that was used to determine our pet's life was over. It was not in their interest to have a crying traumatized customer in the lobby. The manager said she was investigating what happened. It isn't a fixable error. You robbed me of the last memory I could have of my pet. I will never go back and highly recommend that you keep looking for a different vet.

Great place and great service. They were able to see my pup the following day of me calling.
Front staff was inviting and polite. Vet techs were very informative. Vet doc was nice and relatable and explained the situation well.
Now of course all this comes at a premium. They aren't overly expensive compared to some other places, but with the mindset that pets are expensive, prices are justifiable.
Highly recommend!

We took our new puppy to see Dr. Gill and we were so impressed!
He explained everything he was looking for on her during his exam. He even offered to let my 3 year old son use his stethoscope to listen to our puppy’s heart.
It was so helpful that he was knowledgeable on the breed of puppy we have. (Belgian Malinois) he gave us tons of advice.
We were informed of any reactions our puppy may have to medication and what to look for.
He had great bedside manner.
The front office staff was also great. The tech we had (I believe her name was Jasmine) was great as well! Really enjoyed chatting with her!
Overall a great experience. It’s far from us, but definitely worth it! We also felt the pricing was extremely reasonable!

Dr Dylan saw my dog Trixie and spent time to explain her condition and was very professional. He referred me to Blue Pearl Monterey so my pup could see a cardiologist. BP and Clovis pet were and are a great place to take your pets

Clean environment. Bathrooms are clean. My pet really loves it. The front desk ladies are friendly and works with your schedule. Affordable place. Recommend to anyone that has a pet.

I have 2 senior dogs who were very stressed after waiting in a room for 1hr and 30 mins. First thing Dr gill said was...she seems really stressed.....dah. My appointment was for 9am. Just saying. No sensitivity for senior animals.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had when I had to Make the hard decision of putting my dog to sleep. After having her for 14 years the interaction between Dr Dhillon and Heather explaining what the procedure was going to be and letting me have as much time as I needed with her was very much appreciated.. Had a mix of a good and bad experience here. My cat was literally dying and needed surgery. She was very irritable because she was in pain. The vet that saw her was very rude and treated her as if she was some contagious animal. He refused to try to treat her and continued to complain about how my cat was behaving. I tried to explain to him that she was in pain and wouldn't even let me near her. He insisted that I try to take her out of her carrier so that he would not be scratched. I wish I remembered his name so that I could list it here. He treated us very rudely and I did not appreciate it at all. Thankfully another vet was there and she stepped in to treat my cat. I am very thankful to her. If she was not there I don't know what I would have done. Thankful to the staff that was kind.
