They take great care of my RAM truck. This last time they got me out even under the estimate of time they gave me. The work was well done and the staff was courteous. Kudoes to Angelo!

I was disappointed. I went in for an oil change (pre-paid), programing of a key fob, and a check engine light. The oil change was fine - just the basics. The key fob programing was fine - they charged me $225 which I think is a bit pricey. I was disappointed with the check engine light issue. I was told the issue was that I was missing two bolts and that they needed to replace an exhaust manifold gasket. I was charged $225 for the diagnostic and $628.16 for replacing the two bolts and the gasket. I feel that I was over-charged. Next time I will go to a local mechanic.

I picked out a car, took a test drive, agreed to a price, completed all paper work and on my way home within 2 1/2 hours. That's how I like to do business. Great experience!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I want to start by saying I did agree to the services I was charged for.. however I was obviously completely taken advantage of. My Truck broke down on a Sunday, i finally got it to start and took it to my local auto zone to test my battery. It came back good on their end. I also had codes read and a few things popped up. I had no other choice but to drop off at the shop. I was charged almost 700 dollars for them to just replace my battery. The guy checked my battery and found that to be the issue he also checked for codes which he told me takes an hour and a half to complete. I am not dumb and understand the battery is the first thing you check. It would’ve been nice if he was upfront with me and told me it was just the battery instead of telling me he needs to look at other possible issues after a new battery was put in. Transparency and respect would have been nice. I confronted him and asked why he was charging me so much for a simple fix that was missed because of possible faulty equipment at autozone. Could’ve just said he bro you just need a new battery. Terrible customer service and no compassion about unhappy customers and their lives, I am left paying ridiculous prices for zero work and possible other problems not fixed.

Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have literally passed the Fresno Ram Dealership to go out of my way to go to the Clovis Ram Dealership only because I am loyal.
Brought the truck to the Clovis Ram dealership for four new tires. I have a good relationship with Good Guys around the corner from my house and could have just as easily gone there, but I am a loyal customer and decided to stick with the dealership.
I picked up the truck on a Thursday. Noticed air getting lower on one of the tires over the weekend. Brought it into the dealership four days later (Monday). The tire was ten psi lower than the others. Dealership added air and said to keep an eye on it.
Over the next week it slowly went down to ten psi below the others so brought it back into the dealership. They added air and said to give my service rep (Jason) a call when he was back in the office on Wed.
Called Jason, brought the Truck in the next day (Thursday). Jason called to say that I must have hit a curb because the rim was dented.
I said that if that was the case, the technician would have noticed it when he put on the new tire, Jason said the technician said it wasn’t there when he put on the new tire. Also, the dent was on the inside of the tire, which is not where you would hit the curb. I also pointed out that the tire wasn’t leaking when I brought it in to get new tires, and it was leaking immediately after I picked it up, so it happened on their watch and I should not have to pay for it.
Jason turned it over to his service manager. Service Manager now claims that it was there before and the technician must have missed it when he put on the new tires. No acknowledgement that it happened on their watch or that the technician probably dropped the rim when changing the tire, so they weren’t covering it.
The cost of the rim wasn’t a big deal to me, but their lack of accepting responsibility, and lack of desire to recognize and keep a loyal customer is a big deal, so they have lost me as a customer. I am also due to buy a new truck, but it definitely won’t be from them.

Had to change my review. I got a 2022 wagoneer there. I told them about the chips on the door trim. They said they’d replace them. Over a year later they keep telling me it’s up to sales and sales is saying they won’t replace the panels. Been to the dealer several times for that alone…

This review is for the finance department manager, Tuan Thai. Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler 4XE and needed to find a local extended warranty package. Glad I called Clovis! Tuan is very personable, knowledgeable and probably one of the coolest people I met. He eased my anxiety of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler 4XE by providing me with options, solution and reliability. I know the service has not begun yet, but knowing that I dont have to worry about it make it so much smoother. Turning 45 this month and I think I did alright... :)

I bought my Ram at the Clovis dealer in 2021, it was late by the time we finished all the paperwork and ironed out the details. They were going to call me to bring the truck back in to detail it. They never called. I called them multiple times a week for 3 weeks, including the salesmen, never got a return call. Sadly, I didn't realize this was my first indicator. The service department is terrible. I had the truck in the shop to get an estimate on something that should be covered under warranty but was told it wasn't by Clovis. However, my brother had the same issue covered by warranty at the Fresno dealer.... anyway, it's been more than 3 weeks and still no estimate. the quick oil change crew is great, but the main service department continues to prove why people hate going to the dealer. I have been in sales and service for 15 years. I won't be using them in the future.

I was waiting for my appointment for whole month. Dodge employee promised me for the reminder call. But I don't receive any phone call or text. I missed my appointment because of poor service. It was today at 8 am. Now it's 2 pm. I requested to take care of my vehicle . But they told me to reschedule again and wait again for the another month. Bad service
