“Great customer service! I just moved to the area and needed a last min outfit for a work diner I was attending. Elizabeth (I believe her name was) was extremely helpful in finding something for me! I had a lot of concerns given that I am curvy/ mid sized and we had to go through quite a few options. Quite often I leave stores because most trendy styles these days are unflattering or don't fit my curvier areas. The whole process can become overwhelming. Elizabeth was super reassuring and made the experience so much easier. She even steamed the top for me because I was short on time!”

“Ross stores have never been clean ones... but they are cheap ones. This location has the friendliest staff I've seen locally, and a better-than-average selection at most times. You just need to get lucky, which is the case for pretty much all of these stores. I like this Ross location a good deal, and also the deals themselves!

“I like their clothing, but l and xl are hard to come by and if they do have them they're often Asian sizes so smaller than what US standard sizing is. I have found some gems here however and will always pop in to check out their stock”
