Absolutely phenomenal! Everyone on staff was extremely kind to me and my girl Miley for her first experience at this groomer. Brian made her look just adorable and she smelled great. Thank you all. Looking forward to our next groom!

This is the last time I use this groomer! My blind elderly dog has been inside this so called business since 8.30a! It is now 4.37p and is still not done! Do NOT spend your precious money on this establishment! PERIOD!

I have been coming here for years but after yet another incident I’m finally making the decision to leave for good. I ask for a specific groomer and when I picked up my dog he was groomed by another lady I never even met. He looked horrible, he was cut down to his skin showing pink! It was like a student in training worked on him. The customer service is also horrible! Lady was very rude and ghetto approach. My poor dog looks traumatized from the incident. Never in my life going back here.

Walk in nail clipping was done quickly n reasonably priced. Our little rescue Jack Russell was very nervous n peed on the groomer. She was very nice and didn’t skip a beat. I apologized n she said she keeps extra clothes in back jic. I’m very pleased at how unfazed she was. Thank you!

Our rescued doodle was dirty and full of matts and stickers. Paws & Claws took such good care of her and she looks like a new puppy! Thank you so much!!

I have a "tiny" pomeranian (4lbs), and these folks have taken care of my baby Jay for many years now. They're careful and very professional. Not to mention that they have much, much better rates than their competitors.

Very knowledgeable, Bryan put it down for us. He handled my furbabies with the greatest of care. I have an old fear biter Julie with bite over and over if she has anxiety or fear. Great prices, friendly service and top notch care. You can't beat it.

Totally butched my dogs even after I told them how I wanted there cuts! Just way shorter and uneven and also cut ones chest hair down to skin. Cut one nail way short so my dog keeps licking his paw! Oh and they both keep dragging there butts on ground so idk I’m not pleased with this shop one bit!

Making an appointment is very easy. But that does not guarantee they will see your floof at the appointed time. It seems they have a tendency to either overbook themselves, or overestimate how quickly they can work. I had made an appointment at noon, and they didn't even begin working on my cat until 3 hours later. They aren't bad, they do good work, but they don't do it quickly. Do not expect speed.
