Very helpful employees and Branch Manager. Cynthia is an excellent employee. Very helpful, upbeat, and friendly. I recently had to deal with my father's death, and had to set up an Estate Account, and both Cynthia and Manager Jeffrey were extremely patient and helpful.

This review is more about the corporate decision making of Citibank. They had a convenient location on Bullard and 1st about 5 years ago that they decided to close. Now I have to drive to Clovis which is not the greatest location.. one walk up ATM and drive-thru. Almost got run over in the parking lot while waiting in line to get to the ATM. I will be changing Banks next year.

Usually no wait time and the tellers are very professional. I’ve made some smart money choices with the help of the financial advisors. Other than the awesome staff, this location needs an updated look. The decor is similar to a DMV.

This a Citibank problem and a location problem. We switched our bank over and had nothing but trouble. They couldn't open accounts correctly, took double the money they were supposed to, got accounts locked, barred a transfer for a house sale, wouldn't verify that I was me despite attempting to do so on the phone and in person... this isn't even all and we were only with them for a few months. On the phone they said they wouldn't deal with me because I couldn't verify my information and come to find out their system was messed up and switched around answers. I would never have been able to prove that I was me and they wouldn't let me have access to my money. They app and website would block transfers arbitrarily. One day it would work, the next time it would "error". The ultimate response was to just wait several days and try it again (were they going to pay any late fees, no, of course not). I tried to give grace, but there is only so much one can do before running to the next bank. Their bonuses for signing up aren't worth the inability to access your money repeatedly throughout the month.

The cashiers do not know any thing if you ask them question and the associates who sit on the left hand side are lazy, except Kate, her full name is Katemayura Rios, she answered all my questions and also told me lot of things which I never knew and should had been told when I visited this branch earlier and if you go there an hour to half and hour before they close the white old man who sits on the left hand side says "call Citi bank hotline and they will help you" If I wanted to call the hotline why would I drive all the way to the bank. Very lazy and um-informed staff, this is the worst branch to go and do banking.

One of my favorite Citibank branches. Two ATMs, one walk up by the front door and a drive up. I don't go in often, but when I do, the wait is short and the staff is nice. I typically go through the drive up ATM and it's always been operational for both withdrawals and deposits when I've been there.

The worst experience I've ever had at a bank is here. The tellers along with the bank manager were rude, classless and unprofessional. I saw several customers here disputing with employees at this bank and their reasons were valid.

I think that all of the tellers do a great job and are professional and friendly. Also, Giselle does a very efficient and knowledgeable job in dealing with businesses. She is very thorough when handling my money deposits and banking questions.
