Another Chevron charging 30 cents a gallon for using a credit card. That” is a 7 percent fee for something that cost them no more than 1.5 percent. They don’t even show the price difference on the sign on the street. You don’t know until you’re at the pump. I use the card attached to there app so there is no cash option using the app.

I come into this Chevron a couple times a week to get gas and snacks and these guys are the friendliest!! I go in the mornings and the older gentleman at the register is always so friendly and talkative it's a great start to my day. The other cashiers are also super nice but most days it is him. Appreciate your friendly attitudes!

Avoid this gas station, terrible employees. I entered my Vons card at a pump and my transaction cancelled. I tried again and my points were gone. I went inside and the manager said it's all done on computers and they can't help and to call. I said call who "Vons, Chevron corporate and do you have a number because neither of those places had options to help" they just looked at me like I was asking for an explanation of quantum mechanics. I have had this happen before and the cashier just took care of it. The guys are lazy and unhelpful especially the guy who drives a Honda Ridgeline.

A lady that looked like a stepped on cockroach and a broke Fresno Edgar verbally assaulted me for not having ID this is not only an extremely horrific display of customer service, but is also a safety issue.

California law states alcohol can be sold until 2 am. These guys decide no alcohol sales after 12 midnight. Makes no sense. Plus the employee locks all the doors so you have to bang on the windows and hunt him down to get in.

I went to Chevron to Chevron at 405 N Clovis Ave, Clovis, CA 93612. get my propane tanks filled up. I took out my empty propane gas tanks and left them on the raised curb on the side of the propane tank plate from where they fill up the gas. I went inside and talked to the cashier, and she said someone will come out and fill up the propane tanks. While I was waiting there, a white man with a small beard from Chevron came out to my car and told me I need to put the empty tanks on the platform for which he’ll fill the gas. I put both tanks them on the platform, and I told him I think it’s his job to fill up the propane tanks and leave it on the curb so I can put it back in the car. He got upset and refused to fill up the tanks. I think it’s highly unprofessional and unhospitable an employee of Chevron would behave like that and refuse to provide the services I asked for. I have horrible back problems, and this have never happened to me before. I believe it is against the ADA to not accommodate those with chronic physical issues, and instead of helping me, he refused services. I think Chevron should make it clear to the gas stations that the customer duty is only to take the empty tanks out and leave it on the curb to be filled up. This should be policy of the Chevron to post it clearly that this is the only customer responsibility, and it is the employee’s responsibility to pick it up the curb, fill it, and bring it back so the customer can bring it back into their vehicle. Normally in other places, they are courteous enough to even take the tanks out of the vehicle, fill it up, and put it back. Frankly, I just want you to understand you lost a customer who has been a regular of Chevron for 15 years.

Refused to cash scratchers the first time, gave it a pass. Second time I asked if she could do the free ticket/$1 one and I would buy another one(reason was shift change and till amount) they would get the ones back or I could give them ones to buy some and cash out the ticket. Still refused! Why even sell scratchers then. What's the point? Don't buy cause they wont cash them! Never had any problem before they were convenient but there's other gas stations, bye!

Got my car washed attendant wasn't paying attention to guiding me in ran into the guide rails and scratched my front bumper all I heard was a loud thud and his half pay attention attitude. I was like sorry I had to have you get off your phone and push a button but the least you could do is guide me in properly and not be so annoyed

Filled up with fuel here and wanted to go inside and use the restroom. The manager informed me that the restroom has been closed for over a year due to Covid. Over a year and they won’t allow paying customers to use the bathroom even though Covid has is 99.99 plus percent survival rate, the vaccine is out, and every other gas station in town allows you to use the restroom. I Will never buy fuel here again. Total communist run this Chevron. I will not support a company like like this.
