This company has REFUSED to order a replacement pane after I bought a whole house full of shutters from them. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Go somewhere else for service after the sale.

Customer service is awful. I have tried for over 6 months to get a replacement shade that they keep saying “is ordered,” but have yet to deliver or even give a delivery date. I originally went with this company because they said they have a 5 year warranty. One of my shades broke within a few months and they have yet to replace it. I hate giving bad reviews, but I have given Austin chance after chance to deliver, but after at least 10 calls and texts to him, I’m fed up. I will never recommend or go with this company again.

Very disappointed with the complete experience. There was a lot of frustration and wasted time, time we took away from work for them to continually make mistakes and initially try to be dishonest about it. We kept them accountable and finally got the correct product, correctly installed.

Horrible warranty service. I’ve been waiting over a year for the repair of my blinds from Budget Blinds Clovis. They came out and changed me for the repair, promised to fix within a month and now excuses if they answer the phone. Don’t use this company horrible service after they receive your money.

Do your research...I trusted this company BUT they FAILED me. I hired them in October 2022 when I moved in to my house and it's already January 2023 and my blinds are still not done. Lessons learned...DO NOT HIRE BUDGET BLINDS CLOVIS. QUALITY OF WORK is GRADED 0%- Installer DOES NOT check his work if everything is leveled. I have to show it to him! Recently had blinds installed in my new single family home and the process was so smooth through out. I was able to get appointment for initial consult the next day I reached out and the technician was very helpful in explaining the options/pricing. Also I had a tight timeline to get these installed and Budget Blinds were very accommodative and installed it very next week. The installers did a great job and came inside the property wearing shoe covers and were extra cautious to not leave any scuff marks in the property. I would fully recommend Budget Blinds and if I get a chance I'll definitely work with them again.

We are very happy with our new shutters and blinds! The blinds were on back order, but staff got back to me in a timely manner regarding updates when I called the office.

We got shutters and roller shades for our new home. They quality of the actually window coverings are fine, no issues. They were the best quote we got in town. But OMG their communication is just awful. Once they got our deposit, they stopped replying to text messages and phone calls. It was so bad we actually got to a point where we thought we were being scammed. I wouldn't say to NOT go with them because in the end we did get our product and we're happy with it , but it was like pulling teeth to get updates and our order took 5 MONTHS to complete. Buyer beware.

Our experience with Budget Blinds of Clovis was exceptional, from our first consultation with Austin, to the installation! The staff are kind, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The installers did an exceptional job, and we are thrilled with the finished product! We LOVE our Plantation Shutters and highly recommend Budget Blinds of Clovis!

Salesperson Austin was professional and reassuring. The two gentlemen that installed our plantation shutters were also very professional and just really nice guys who cleaned up everything before they left. We are super happy with our plantation shutters.

I made an appointment for an estimate to put shudders in all my windows. They called me to change the appointment to another day. Then four hours before my appointment, they called to cancel.

If I could leave half of a star I would. When you first call and schedule a consult, they're so responsive and great customer service until they install them and ruin your windows then it's silence. I reached out to my sales rep and he was responding until I sent pictures of the window. I had to call the office and the gentleman that answered sent someone right out but he couldn't fix it so he took pictures and said someone would be in contact. I didn't trust it so I called the office while he was in my home and the gentleman that answered said the same. Once I get the pictures I'll have someone call you. That was last week. Today I called and a woman answered and said someone would call me and nothing. DO NOT BUY YOUR BLINDS FROM THIS PLACE.

Horrible customer service. I had them come to my home 1/18 to quote a job, and I accepted it. They charged my credit card on the spot the full amount of $12,000 (yes, TWELVE THOUSAND dollars). Yet the job is still incomplete. I understand delays, specially with COVID and custom-made orders. But professional/respectable companies will not charge what they have not delivered. Of the ones installed, one is too small for the window, and three are not flush with the wall, and there is no way I can get them in to fix these issues. I cancelled two small blinds 10 days into the contract; I realize it was not the standard 3-day cancellation. But at the time, the reply was vague enough that I was led to believe we would be getting the credit. We are talking a few hundred dollars from the THOUSANDS charged. There is no way to get a timely and polite response. The salesman passes the buck to some other person in the office. This " buckee" says he does not answer phones because he is busy and is happy sending snappy, rude texts about delivery. I don't care how busy he is; I am a PAYING customer and, thanks to me, he has a job. Answering my phone calls must be his priority. They have been told text messages are not acceptable, but their minds are so empty and useless, they keep texting and will not pick up the darned phone and call. I guess it is because texting is a one-way communication, and they don't have to hear me tell them about their lousy job. We are supposed to happily wait until late March to get something we paid for, in full in mid-January! How I wish I had looked at their reviews before signing the contract with them!!!! Definitely DO NOT recommend this outfit.
