I recently visited Boot Barn and had an outstanding experience. Brandon, the staff member who assisted me, was extremely helpful and patient throughout my shopping journey. The customer service at this location is truly top-notch and sets it apart from other boot stores I have been to. The selection of boots and Western wear was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this Boot Barn location for anyone in search of high-quality products and exceptional service. It's definitely the best Boot Barn I've visited, even compared to the one in Nashville, Tennessee.

Today my family went to boot barn for the first time. We are looking for shirts for my husband and the selection was great but we will probably just shop online moving forward. I made not one but two purchases and I swear we were followed and watched by not only store associates BUT also customers. Even my own kid pointed out at one point before our first checkout that everyone was watching us. I make a point to not mention stuff like that around my kid in case they don't notice but they did. Now our cashiers were great got me registered for rewards and took good care of us. While my kid tried on pants we were finally left alone but my husband was not. As my kid and I did our second purchase my husband moves toward to front door and is practically ran after by an associate. For what? What would you have even done? Completely unnecessary. I love fashion. My family values fashion. Coming to Boot Barn was supposed to be a nice experience for my family exploring fashion together. We found some amazing fabrics and designs. It just would have been nice to been left alone by people who didn't share in our excitement.

I went in to look at hats and found one that was the most amazing color but I wasn't a huge fan of the shape of it. The associate there let us know that he could reshape it for us if we wanted, free of charge, as it is a service that boot barn offers. His name was DYLAN. He wasn't too sure if he could get the shape I was hoping for and/or the dents out because he wasn't the "official hat shaper" and he was still learning. My boyfriend recognized him because he had shaped his previous hat a year or two ago and that original hat was in rough shape, yet it came out beautiful. So we left him with the new hat for an hour or so to work his magic on it. And magic it was, it came out absolutely amazing. It was everything I wanted and more. I didn't know how I wanted to brim to look so he let us know that we could always come back and he can change it and fix it up for us. My boyfriend ordered another hat online from him at the time as well because they were out of the size he needed and we made sure that Dylan would be able to reshape that hat as well if we needed and Dylan excitedly agreed for us, thank god! Would HIGHLY recommend Dylan at Clovis boot barn for all hat shaping needs!!

Great selection of work boots, and very friendly staff. Hunter was real patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me decide what would be the best work boot for my needs will be back in the future to purchase more work boots and will also recommend this place to my friends and family.

I love Boot Barn but for someone on a tight budget I have to make sure I get items that will last until I have money to spare again. I love the products here especially my boots. I also love that they have kid boots!
