We had the best experience with Big Valley Estate Sales. From set up to clean up they did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier.

Tried to buy some books from these folks at an estate sale. No prices until you get up to the cashier. They were asking double Amazon prices. They were so rude and overpriced. Don't waste your time with this company.

Don't waste your time on this company. They don't price things until you get at the table to pay. The book prices were higher than Amazon. Totally worthless experience. I will NEVER go back.

Frank and his crew of professionals took care of every detail of my estate sale. From the initial viewing, appraisal, pricing, advertising, setup, the sale itself, and the clean up; every detail was handled professionally. His crew was very respectful of my treasurers and my property. The turnout was unbelievable. Frank has a huge following and they had nothing but praise for him. He is highly respected and a good man. I recommend Big Valley Estate Sales. Vickie G Clovis, CA

Steer clear of their estate sales unless you're okay with overpaying. I gave up most of the items I had picked out at checkout because you'd be better off paying retail for brand new. Their checkout process is also very inefficient. The staff couldn't price the items themselves and had to consult one person that gave the highest price he could come up with.

Don't bother going to their sales unless you like paying a top dollar for items. Their is little to no negotiation on prices. If something isn't marked you have to wait around for their "one guy" to come up with a price which you can bet will be at antique store level.

I really can't give this business another chance. - The prices are all the place while leaning towards the high side. - They are soooo unorganized. Half of the stuff isn't priced, most of their employees can't help with pricing, they open way after their advertised time. Stuff is just everywhere. - The checkout process is a joke- it takes soooo long. They also only take cash or check, like it's 1988. - If covid regulations are something you care about... avoid this place. There are a lot of great estate sale companies in Fresno where they are nice, organized and you can get a good deal. This is not that place.

I have followed this company in different estate sales. When i went to one this past weekend in visalia. On Friday I seen some items i was interested in but decided to wait the following days for the price to go down but unfortunately on Sunday the last day of the sale the price was bumped up by $8.00 more!

Frank, Sam, Petra, Cindy and Sean were fantastic people to work with. They work hard, they are people with integrity, and they’re fun to work with. I would highly recommend them to conduct an estate sale for you.

Horrible! The rudest people I have ever dealt with. Overpriced and not helpful. Prices were not marked, supposedly 30% off on last day. Tried to charge me 22 dollars for 2 average coffee mugs a pill cutter (free from Kaiser) a box of thank you cards and a pair of salt and pepper shakers...nothing out of the ordinary. Wow!

I have gone to Big Valley sales for over a year and their sales are always clean and uncluttered (depending on the amount of room for the amount of items they are selling). The employees are friendly and helpful when you are looking for a specific item, they will let you know if it has already sold or the area of the property that it is located and they are very helpful carrying large items and they will also help you load your vehicle. Frank is a very interesting man to talk Patty S. - Clovis

The personal of big valley estate sales is not motivated to sell the items. The items are over priced. Prices are non negotiable. During their last estate sale, after three consecutive weekends, prices stayed still 50% of original tags which were above retail prices. The staff is rude, not familiar with the sale items, about consistent with the messages about the sale process.

I have been to their sales several times over the last couple years and I leave irritated every time. They are the most unfriendly group. They ask wayyy to much for the items they sell I'm talking full retail maybe higher in some cases. You wait in the slowest lines and when you finally do get to the ladies with no people skills (especially the one with longer hair) you have to wait for Frank to look over your items and give them prices. But the pain isn't over yet noooo then you have to watch the lady write every item you purchased down and then and only then do you get to pay a ridiculous amount! Nope Never Again!! They are the worst!!! P.S. They advertise pics of stuff and when you get there Frank can't find the items...I've heard he puts stuff aside for "his people". Don't waste your time their are many great estate sale companies that will negotiate and are fair and friendly. Decided to try them again as they had some items we were interested in. Thought maybe it had gotten better but nope it's worse. Wanted to know a price on an item in the case and Cindy said she didn't know to ask Frank so we went inside and Frank was on the phone so we waited for 10 mins without even being acknowledged by Frank. We came back out told Cindy he was on the phone thinking she would help us with the price but she just shrugged, no apologies or nothing. We ended up leaving without a price for the item we wanted. What a joke and a complete waste of time.

We had a very large estate to deal with after the death of my father-in-law and didn't know where to turn. We took a stab at the listings of estate sellers in Fresno and found Frank Brandow and his kind, efficient, knowledgable and so very accommodating crew. The first time I met Frank and his right hand man Ulises, I knew we were in good hands. We couldn't be happier with the results of the sale and are so grateful for that and the pleasure of being able to work with all these good people.
