I was a bit frustrated as so much merchandise in the store did not have a price. I must have picked up at least 20 things while in the store which had no prices. I really don't have the time or energy to hunt an associate down 20 times to ask for a price so I finally gave up and left

Big lots moved. This Big lots used to be over by the Taco Bell Fast food restaurant and Hotel next-door on Shaw street. It's still on Shaw but more in Clovis not far from Target Store across street. This new location real easy to get too lots of parking too. it's been here for over a year now. Some small shops next door I think closed up because online buying skyrocketed so now there's more parking towards buildings too. This Biglots real clean too and well organised. I bet they get lots of compliments. The patio outdoor area with tables chairs and umbrella roof coverings reminds me of how Orchard supply hardware store used to decorate their garden outdoor patio area with chairs. They have similarities. It does look nice though. During holidays they had tons of Christmas decorations and indoor decorations the only issue I had is they started to put it away way too soon way before Christmas week came. If your a planner of holiday list to shop you got to hurry. My review for this little late but I just wanted to review my experience on this. Holidays are the money maker for all stores. Customer service here I've liked people are nice here and it didn't take long for me to buy when I reached the cashier person. My other issue is in store all these stores copy the single file line even Michaels does this and it does not flow the line faster at all. Some customers only have few things when others may have whole basket full so I think this strategy holds up the line especially when some employees have the shift off that day. So there's only one or two employees to rely on. This recent winter season when I was in line I was just starting well sometimes Latina Hispanic ladies feel entitled and think the world revolves around them. One lady got in line with her shopping cart and tried many times to cut people off of to be more up front. Someone told her to back off in low voice but she could care less and just smiled and looked away loving the prank. The thing is she was so close that this is how purse grabbing or wallet snatching happens in stores. Customers do get more investigative when they get in line because there's not much to do but wait your turn. Anyway watch out for these ladies and your belongings. other wise Biglots thanks for well maintained store. Good day staff
