In store options are VERY limited for a lot of items. I needed a WIRED ear bud set. I basically had 3 options. All the other options I had to order online and either pick up later or have delivered. Not cool as I need them tomorrow morning. :/ The store employees were super nice but you need more stocked items.

Best buy was once one of the best places to find physical media, dvds/cds/bluray. Now it's a sad shell of it former self, gone are the rows of cds, replaced with junk. I use to love best buy as a kid now I won't darken their doorway.

So glad I signed up for the Best Buy Total and My Best Buy Plus plans. When my new tablet had a damaged SD reader and couldn't load my new SD card, they were able to refund my entire purchase and gave me full support to order a new purchase without any hassles.

Horrible customer service and by this I don't mean the workers as such I mean the store there are very few staff I waited more than 30 minutes to buy a mobile device in the end I left without the device no one helped me everyone was busy
