Debbie M was the worst customer service person I've ever encountered in my entire life. I'd give it a 1 but I'm ranking the bank here not just one person. Her attitude definitely brings it down to the 2 star I'm leaving. If I were rating here it's an easy 1, and only 1 because there's no 0.

I'm a bit confused of if this is actually BBVA every time I come here the ATM is messed up and the drive up lines is long I've even walked inside of the branch and there's no one in there and I'm told they will be right with me. At this point I'm thinking about taking my money out in opening a bank account with someone else. The inconvenience of having to drive clear across town just to use an ATM it's a bit ridiculous. I literally have a 30 minute lunch break and I have been in this drive-thru for all of my lunch break and going to be late for this. I hope when PNC take over that it's a better experience

Total scam. I needed to a wire transfer to a BBVA account in Mexico. Seemed logical to use a BBVA to send to another BBVA. account. Not. They tried to pull an old scam, where they purposely falsified my S.S number on the new account created. Scandalous institutions do things like this on purpose, to hold up your transfer so the bank can interest o n YOUR money while it hangs in limbo. I cancelled the account and pulled out my money, went to CitiBank and had the transfer done in 20 minutes. The rude and condescending ratchet behind the counter is no help either. These people are not even competent to fill a napkin dispenser. F this place.

Atm is always down and theres only one...also not opened on saturday like most other banks...the company in general is trash the app is great but with constant updates youre never guaranteed the ability to login...constant fees and the tele-service sucks...constantly getting out of network fees for all point withdrawals...

Just started with this bank... it has taken 2 weeks to get my card in the mail. I tried to set up my card by calling the mobile number. It has been over 2 hours now, trying to talk to someone to help me set up my husband's mobile app and i can not get anything done... the gentleman with customer service, was very rude. My husband can't hardly see and he wouldn't help us because I had to tell my husband the account number to give him.... my husband has a disability and the gentleman refused to help him because he has a disability.

Weird that they would have my rating deleted when I described my experience with me and my little one being racially discriminated against on more than one account by a past employee here. Yes we still use this bank and have an account here, and no she isn't a part of there team anymore from what I know. However having my review taken down doesn't silence anything, since I can easily take to YouTube or social media where I have many more followers and share to them my experiences.

This is a good bank as far as fee's, security, apr% etc.. bank things. It's never crowded and I always get in and out fast. No weekend hours sucks. The staff is friendly but in a cold detached robotic way. This one guy who is always there is nice and says the right things but just gives me the creeps! his energy is so akward. White, chubby, I think he's a manger. And there is a young girl with long dark hair who again will say the right things but look at you like you are trash. So I don't love the staff. I was having issues and doing some things and down to my last dollar and she seemed irritated to help me and just wanted me to go away. I get it, this issue is annoying. But I am the customer and you are literally getting paid (partially by me) to help me. loose the tude.

I was pressed for time since I just got off work and the bank was closing in 30mins. Naomi was patient enough and helped me with opening up a new account. I didn't really experience any bad customer service here. I thought everything went pretty smooth.

Don't bank at this Clovis location. The manager is a j*** and has a bad attitude to say the least. I wouldn't even give a one star rating, but its required. The other BBVA on Shaw ave. is much more professional and gives much greater service.
