Went to pull money out …put my card in and the whole atm machine restarted never gave my card back try to call customer care and they were no help… it the day before 4th of July no card no money no fire works for my kids .

Actually the worst bank imaginable. Made me sit down for 30 minutes for no reason while there machine is “broken”. If you like to waste your time, come to BMO!!
