I been calling this office and they are not answering the phone line! I just have one simple question to ask and no answer. I called this office more than 10 times and I totally gave up my hope for them to answer.

We waited over 45 minutes, the bank line was out the door when we left. Only two amazing ladies to help customers cash checks and other business. Four other employees, took care of loans. May 2, 2022 beginning of business month, this bank needs more customer service reps at windows for transactions. Could never have conducted business on a limited time-line.

This location is the worst!! You have to wait a long time, they only have one or two tellers. The customers are wait outside in the cold! Do they not care to hire more employees?!!

How to loose a 7 figure account holder...EASY just go into this branch and observe the total ineptness of the whole operation. I gave them soooo many chances but it's just close to impossible to get anything done here...excuse after excuse. See you later B of A.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. What's the point of an appointment when you still gotta go in and wait for more than an hour. And All they do is sit and chat. I don't understand why they keep telling they are short staff. While most of the staff just sits and chitchat in groups.

So I was walking up to the door to see the bank hours because I obviously knew it was late to in and wanted to see what time they open the security RUDLY comes out and yelling out WE ARE CLOSED and shuts the door... very aggressive..... could said something nice like sorry we unfortunately closed but instead he treats people like f****** animals

This places is always so busy. Long waits and not enough teller to serve the increase number of customers.If you're looking for a new bank, avoid this location. They have too many customer already.

I'm thankful for this ATM. However, do be mindful of the time you go. Just the other day, when I was trying to make a deposit around 8 pm, there were two individuals standing and walking around the atm watching people at the machines and one of them had a tazer. I had called Clovis police to make a report. Because of it, when it was our turn to use the machine, we decided to pass through because we knew they were up to something. So do be careful at this location in the evenings. The next morning, we went back to finally make the deposit, and there was security. So I felt comfortable right there.

Loved this because it was convenient and near me or else I would have to drive to the branch location on Pollasky to use the ATM. Went by tonight at 730pm 1/10/17 and they took down both ATMs.
