I absolutely do not recommend this business. My wedding was on 5/12/2023 and my order was not complete until 6/14/2024, 13 months later; I was originally quoted a time frame of approximately 16 weeks. During those 13 months I sent many emails requesting status updates and got no response. I was so fed up I emailed saying I was going to show up to the location we had dropped off the flowers at since there was no way of contacting this business. I then received a prompt response and got my first item in the mail shortly after. 7 months later I still hadn’t received my other 2 items so I began emailing again and finally got Shayn on the phone. She first said she sent my order months ago, then changed her story and said she had forgotten about my order but it’s okay because I was going to get my money back. At one point she said she would refund me and ship me my items but then quickly stated never said that. I insisted I did not want a refund, I needed to receive the items I ordered and paid for. I received them 5 weeks later. During those 5 weeks Shayn called me many times, always in the middle of my work day, never leaving a message or emailing. I travel a lot for work and do not have my personal phone on me and still don’t know what the calls were for since I specified email was the best way to reach me. The quality of all 3 items I ordered is extremely poor and many of the flowers are broken with petal pieces throughout the epoxy. The small heart I ordered has a big hole in one side and a big scratch on the other. All three items are full of bubbles and have very sharp ridges. No effort was made to properly finish these items. There is no craftsmanship here. I am so disappointed with this experience, from the wait time to the customer service and the quality of items this has been a horrible experience.

My Birthday was March 9th and my Son wanted to send Flowers to surprise me and Brighten my day only after receiving them it wasn't so bright at all. At my age, I have received many flowers in my lifetime and I have to say, these were by far the worst ones. I have ever received .
They looked as though they had been sitting out in hot sun for several days. There's are so many people that come in my room and not one person said they were pretty because they were not. My Son saw them next day and he couldnt believe it
He had an account with them and showed me a picture of what they were supposed to look like. Wished they had looked like that.They were so dry when touched, the flowers fell off
My son was so embarrassed to have people think that he would send something that looked so awful and cheap
to his Mother. When he called to complain all they offered him was
$20 off
. Wow, how Generous of them. It cost him that much for delivery fee plus he paid $5.00 extra to be delivered before noon, which didn'
happen. I think total amount was $90
. They didn't offer refund or offer to resend flowers
Or even credit on his account
I couldn't believe it
Guess this place never heard that the best form of advertising is word of mouth, good or bad. They messed u for all the people that saw them would never ever order from them nor will my son ever use them again and he works with so many people
there are so many more Florist to pick from that care about their customers not just the money for not only lost this customer but possibly a lot of new ones, esp living in a Health Care facility.

I was in old town Clovis meeting a business prospect and decided to walk in. Was greeted right away. She helped me pick out a floral arrangement. Few Days later I closed the deal and they also complimented that the flowers still looked amazing.

My experience began when I first made my preservation reservation. BB floral is the only one in my local area, she had good reviews and photos on instagram. I messaged her prior to paying for my reservation and she assured me to book as soon as possible. A couple weeks after I booked she ran a promo for new bookings for my month, I then messaged her to see if I was eligible for this promo since I was encouraged to book. She told me no, new bookings only. Come my wedding, I dropped off my bouquet October 10, paid for the hexagon which contained a charm of my sister that passed away, two ring holders and two coasters, one coaster containing my husbands boutonnière that has his grandparents charms on it. She said by March I would hear something. She messaged me a layout of the hexagon only in December, I said it looks good so she started pouring. Come March 27, I hadn’t heard anything so I reach out, she then tells me the hexagon is complete but her husband poured the final pour and forgot to add my charm so she will make a trinket for free. Of course I wasn’t happy, this is the whole reason I spent all this money so I could have these memories forever. She could tell I was upset, she FaceTimed me and told me where she would add it and it would be no problem. April 6 I was going to be in town (I live an hour away) and if everything was done, come to find out the coasters were not done and part of my husbands flowers were sticking up so she would need to sand a bit then put the final coat. April 27th she messaged me that everything was ready for pickup. I picked it up Friday the 28th and everything was wrapped up and bagged so I just took it home. When I got home is when I began to cry. My hexagon was full of bubbles, fine I can handle a few bubbles but they are everywhere including in front of my sisters charm, not to mention everything is uneven and not sanded or polished. She used little accent flowers for my ring holders when I gave her a full bouquet, so they are super plain and full of bubbles as well. My coaster had just some babies breath and as for sanding my husbands, she took off half a blue flower which looks ridiculous from the front. I messaged her that night, no response. I messaged her again May 2 asking if she threw the rest of my flowers away, come to find out she only dries what she chooses and the rest are thrown away but she might have some eucalyptus left. She said she is sorry I’m not happy and if I bring it back in she can see what she can do. Therefore I asked if all it would be is sanding and polishing because she can’t change my flowers or fix any of the flaws she had 7 months to fix. I believe if there was more communication prior to finishing my pieces, we could have worked something out. I’m completely devastated and would not recommend her to anyone, I wish I would have just done it myself.

Shayn is absolutely the sweetest person to work with! The flowers she arranged for me were absolutely beautiful! They were a dream come true! I showed her photos of what I wanted, and she made it happen. Also! Brides, preserve your wedding bouquet! It's totally worth it.
